Petra and I walked up the worn steps, I finally get to fully meet everyone's family's.

Despite what happened yesterday, I tried my best to put it all behind me. Get through today, I can figure it out tomorrow.

I looked over at my beautiful fiancé, her hair, bouncing with each step she took. Her hand squeezing onto mine, it hurt but it was comforting.

I love her so much.

We arrived at the oak door. She knocked on it, clearing her throat.

We stood there for a few seconds, until the door slammed open. Slamming me in the face. I fell onto the grass.

"Yona!" Petra exclaimed.

I crossed my eyes to look at my nose, there was blood. But not a lot. Petra grabbed me and helped me back on my feet.

I looked at who almost broke my nose. Ah, Eld's Fiancé. Not a pleasure to see her.

"Ah, it's you. Come in, or else Eld will yell at me." She slightly chuckled.

Everything felt like it blacked out until dinner, I just felt like I appeared there. I looked at everyone. They were all with their family's. Eld, Gunther, Oruo, even Petra.

Why can't you be here dad.

I didn't even touch my food, my stomach felt sick.

"Where is your family?"

I heard someone say, I looked up to see who said that. Hoping it wasn't for me.

"Yona, stop daydreaming. Where is your family?" Eld's mother said staring straight at me.

I felt my heart sink, where is my family.

My mind raced back, Micheal, Mikasa, Armin. All laying dead on the ground. Gone, I can't see their smiles anymore.

"Mom! Why would you say that?" Eld raised his voice at his own mother.

"I'm just asking, plus she looks exactly like Eren Yeager. Y'know the demon?"

My father, why are they doing this.

How long has it been...? A year? Did it happen yesterday?

I stood up, I didn't even notice the tears streaming down my face. I felt Petra's soft hands grab onto my arm.

I yanked my arm back. I don't want to be pitiful anymore.

I ran out of the house, I heard them scream out my name. I shoved people out of way in the street. I heard multiple people running behind me.

I felt my hair grabbed, then yanked to the ground.

"Yona! What the fuck are you doing!" I watched as Petra yelled in my face. More tears streamed down my face.

"I don't want to live this life anymore.." I screamed back at her.

The whole street went silent. Even if it was public. Im sure they all realized I was their beloved princess.

I wiped my tears and looked at Eld. His eyes were full of tears.

"Yona let's take this somewhere else."
