You Like Phillips!

"You can lay down if you want." I jumped at his sudden movement. "Y-your awake?"

"I wasn't." He said before opening his eyes. His sleepy voice was so calming. He grabbed my wrist gently pulling me in. "Can I get a kiss?" He says with half awake eyes.

My heart fluttered, I nodded. He pulled me closer pecking me on the lips. "Aren't you in trouble?" He asked. I sat down on his side "Surprisingly no. I made up with my mom and she was really cool about it."

"That's really good." He said sitting up leaning on his bed frame. "I guess. I just hate fighting with her. We never fight and the one time we do it's a real bad argument. I never want to disagree with her again."

"It's okay. You said what you were feeling. And as I can tell your mom understood that."

I nodded beginning to lay down by him, he shuffled over to make room. He caressed my head smoothing out my hair. I curled up and closed my eyes. The Rodriquez's house is always so cozy. If anyone needed a place to relax and forget about the world they'd think of here.

Our suspension is over and we are able to finally return to school again.

Walking to school the cool weather was settle and the leaves of fall were falling down. Colors of oranges, reds and yellows were quickly spreading around town.

We were walking go to school Benny's arm around my shoulders. "So are you going to hang out with my mom and I for Halloween?"

"Yeah, why not. What are you guys doing?" I asked now wrapping my arms around his sides enwrapping him in a tight side hug.

"We're going to watch horror movies and eat candy. It'll be fun."

I smiled when I suddenly realized we were now infront of the school. I quickly let go of the hug creating a distance between him and I.

Benny noticed reaching his arm out in front of me stopping me in my tracks. "What's wrong?" I looked down shaking my head.

"I don't know if we should tell people."

"Why? Do you not want people knowing your mine and I'm yours?" He asked seeming a bit angry.

"No it's not that. I just- I just think it's better to keep it a secret."

Benny slapped his arms on his sides looking at the sky scoffing.

"What?" I asked concerned. Was I doing something wrong? Was it so bad I didn't want people knowing right now?

"You like him don't you?!" He yelled seeming not like himself.

"Wha- who?" Benny came closer bending down and stuck his finger in my face.

"You like Phillips! that's why you don't want people knowing incase you still have a chance with him!"

I pushed Benny back angrily at his assumptions. "I do not! But if you're so quick to assume things when we've only just started dating so be it. I don't know if this will even work out!"

I yelled pushing past him. "Y/n!" He yelled still anger in his voice.

I didn't dare look back. I can't believe we've only just started our relationship and we've already had our first fight. How many more of these will there be.

I walked into the campus. Just like the first day of school everyone was starring at me. Only this time it was because of the rumors about why Benny and I were in the bathroom together. What we did to get suspended.

I had prepared for the stares, I just didn't think it was the time to tell people our relationship. I mean- we might not even work out. Look it had only been a day and we were already close to ending this.

I'm math class it felt like I was holding a knife in my heart and every time I thought about Benny it turned.

I couldn't stop thinking about him.

It was nearing the last period before lunch, the class I have Phillip in. Phillip tapped my shoulder. I turned around in my chair raising a brow.

Phillip smirked and handed me a paper. I took it turning around in my chair, confused. I read it. "Will you go on a date with me this Saturday?" At the bottom there were two options. "Yes and yes." I rolled my eyes. I placed the paper in the desk scribbling a response in huge letters. "No."

I turned around smiling handing it to him. What an idiot. I thought beginning to doodle in my book.

A couple of seconds later I felt my chair be kicked, I knew who it was. "What?" I asked annoyed. He smirked and shook his head, "nothing."

"Phillips I am not in the mood so please leave me alone." I turned around focusing on the lesson assigned to us.

I was walked out the door and out into the hallway when I was held back by my backpack. "Y/n" I looked to see Phillips.

I turned around annoyed. Now what does he want? "What-" I was suddenly cut off when Phillips leaned in kissing my lips.

Bennys POV
I turned the corner to see y/n and Phillips kissing. My heart dropped, I felt my face boil up with anger. I couldn't believe she actually got with him. I didn't think she'd get with him so quickly and honestly it hurt but all I could feel at the moment was anger of jealousy and betrayal.

I turned around heading back down the hallway I came from.
