Scam Pool Honey's

In the morning I woke up to see the tree house empty. I looked around and yawned the sleepiness away. I stretched my hands in the air and blinked my eyes several times. I pulled off Benny's sleeping bag, got up and took a deep breath and looked around. 

Right, I forgot I spent the night here. Something felt off though, besides the fact everyone had probably gone outside. I felt different, and I had no clue what it was. 

I grabbed my shoes from in front of the mirror and started putting them on. That's when suddenly I noticed what had been off. In the mirror I was wearing a brown leathered jacket. And not any random jacket.. It was Benny's.

My eyes widened, Why do I have his jacket on?! I don't remember taking his jacket...

Suddenly I heard the tree house door swing open, I turned around to see Benny. "Hey!" Benny said walking over to me.

"Hey.." I said trying my best to make it look like nothing was wrong. Unfortunately he didn't fall for it, "What's wrong?" He asked now squatting by me. 

I looked up at him and asked, "Why am I wearing your jacket?".

A smile formed on his lips, "Right, sorry. You were shivering last night, so I gave it to you." 

What?! Dang! I can not leave my unconscious self alone with Benny ever again! "I'm so sorry, Here." I started taking off the jacket when he put his hand on my shoulder.

"It's fine. Give it to me later." He smirked and got up leaving me alone. I took one last look at myself in the mirror. I touched his jacket and smiled, At least I don't look bad in it. 

I finally stood on my feet and walked out of the tree house. As soon as I reached the door it swung open almost hitting my face.

"Bertram!" I yelled shocked. Once again he had almost hit me in the face with some type of door. Bertram laughed and walked in. "Your not gonna say sorry?" I asked in disbelief. 

"Huh?" He said stopping from digging in his backpack across the room. I scoffed and ran over to him holding up my fist.

"Y/n! No! Stop I'm sorry!" He yelled covering his face. I was about to hit him playfully when someone's hand held my elbow back. I looked back and saw Benny starring at me with furrowed eyebrows.

"Benny! Look it's not what you think-" I said sincere when Bertram intruded. "It's exactly what you think, just look what she was about to do! Listen to me man!" He yelled eye's widened as if he were terrified.

My jaw dropped, why would he lie! Benny turned his gaze from Bertram to me with a disappointed look. I looked back at Bertram who was smirking. 

"Benny! C'mon you know me! I wouldn't hit him! It was a joke!" I yelled pointing with my free hand at Bertram. 

Benny shook his head, "I can't believe you y/n.." He said shaking his head with a frown looking down.

I was so angry at Bertram, why would he do that?! I could feel my face burning up with anger when out of no where I heard laughter. 

I looked at Benny who was laughing letting go of my arm. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "Why are you guys laughing?" I asked looking at Bertram who was clutching his stomach.

I looked back in forth between the boys when Bertram spoke up, "You should've seen the anger in your eyes!" He said before throwing his head back laughing.

Benny looked at me and laughed, "Ha! We got you!" He yelled laughing.

I rolled my eyes, "That's it! I'm leaving, this is unbelievable!" I yelled walking to the tree house door.
