"Have you told Daddy yet?" Cadence whispered referring to telling Daddy that I don't know who the father of my baby is. Everyone was here except Daddy.

"No. He's going to flip the hell out. I'm not telling him,point blank. "

"He's gonna want to know why your baby Daddy ain't around. "

"Well let him think then. Its none of his concern. "I shrugged. It really wasn't none of his business. I know he's my Dad and all,but still.

"Okay Lori. "Cadence sighed all dramatic like. The door opened and Daddy came in smiling.

"Wassuh?" He greeted.

"Hey "We answered casually. He eyed me suspiciously. I can't stand those instincts your parents get when they know something up.

"What?" I spat.

"Nothing, watch ya tone. "

"It's Mother's Day. "Cadence interrupted. Thank her.

"Ohh, I forgot all about Mother's Day. Sorry Momma. "Chaelin apologized.

"I didn't forget!" Carmine exclaimed hugging Kayla and handing her a paper.

"Aww,what is it?" Kay smiled at her in confusion.

"It's you and me. I drew it. "

"It's beautiful, Carm. "Kay said. Carmine smiled and blushed.

"Ahem. "I cleared my throat. They all looked at me.

"Don't I get a 'Happy Mother's Day?'' I asked pointing to my stomach.

"Happy Mother's Day Lori. "

"Oh my gosh thanks. "I say sarcastically.

"Yeah yeah, I'm hungry. Mommy Take me to get food. "Chaelin whined.

"Okay. Anybody want anything while we're gone?"

"Get me a Quarter Pounder ,no onion from McDonald's with a strawberry milkshake . "I said.

"I wanna go with you" Royalty announced. Of course Carmine followed her.

"Chris? Cade?"

"I want fries. "Cade smiled. "I like fries. "

"I want--" I cut Daddy off

"He wants two of everything. "I joked. He shot me a glare.

"Very funny Lori. I want two fish fillet sandwiches. "

"I told you He wanted two of something. "I laughed.

"Hey Daddy?" I said catching his attention.

"What's up?"

"You're old. "I laughed.

"No he's not. "Loran defended. Daddy looked over at her.

"Mhm. What you want?" He asked. Loran chuckled.

"Why do I have to want something just Because I'm defending the best father in the world?"

"I know you and you want something so what is it?"

"Fine. I wanted you to help me pick out a name for my baby. "

"Why didn't you ask Cade to help?"

"She did and I helped. I told her to go to you because we couldn't decide. "I answered.

"Okay, show me the names. "Lori gave him her phone and he scanned over the names. He looked up and smiled.

"Who told you?" Daddy asked.
