Chapter 16

"Thank you, Mikasa for helping me tote all this stuff." I tell the ravenette as we carry the different foods to the now deforested room for the party.

"No problem. I wanted to ask if it was okay if I could help you next semester again? I'm not sure on what Armin's choice is yet. He's leaning more towards marine biology now." Mikasa opens the door for me.

"Of course you can. You'll just have to refill the paper work at the beginning of the semester." I tell her as I open the door to the room.

The other students were putting the finishing touches. Levi was watching over them, while the rest of the professors were on their way. (Hange, Moblit, and Erwin)

Reiner walks up to Mikasa and I, "Let me carry those for you, Professor Ackermann." He says with a slight joking voice.

He takes the containers of food from me. I then lightly punch him, "It's not too late for me to make you take my class again, Braun." I chuckle.

For this party we all decided that we would wear comfy, Christmas theme pajamas. Hange gave the idea, and the whole class decided it wasn't a bad idea.

After we get the food placed the way Levi and I liked, we continued on to the game set up. We had apple bobbing, bean bag toss, darts, we had a card table, and I had also brought some party games from home.

It was five minutes till the party was reserved to start, and Hange and Moblit were the final ones to arrive. I walk up to the front of the room. Levi standing beside me.

"Attention everyone." I call out. The noise in the room lowers and all eyes are on me.

"Thank you all for coming today. It means a lot of me. You have no idea how great this year has been with all of you. The room looks great. We have some great food, drinks, and desserts. The games are open to play. I just want us all to have a fun time. With that being said we have to have the place cleaned up by 1 am. Without a further a do, let's get this party started." I announce to the group. I play music on the the speakers in the room from my phone.

Eren, Reiner, Berthold, and Armin all go to the darts. Armin and Eren being a team, while Reiner and Berthold are the other. Ymir, Historia, Annie, Mikasa and Sasha all decided to play a board game. Of course Sasha already had her food. Marco, Jean, and Connie were playing around with the bean bag toss.

Erwin and Miche got some of the punch and were talking in the corner. Hange walked up to me, with Moblit right behind her.

"(Y/n), Levi, we should do the apple bobbing. (Y/n) and I against Levi and Moblit. Whoever gets the most apples has to pay for the others dinner next time we go out." Hange states with a gleam of hope in her eyes.

I look to Levi, who just looks to me with his usual expressionless face. "I'm down. You're going down guys." I poke Levi's side.

Erwin and Miche notice us going to the apple tub. "What do you four have in mind?" Erwin asks.

Levi looks up to his friend, "Four eyes wanted to an apple bobbing competition between her and (y/n) versus Moblit and I. Loser has to pay for the others dinner."

"That sounds like a great competition. I believe the girls might would be you two though." Miche adds in.

Moblit chuckles, "Maybe."

First is Hange. She states the rules are you get 3 tries to get an apple, if you don't get one within those 3 tries, it goes to the next person. The first one to 5 apples wins.

On her second try she gets an apple.

"Well, I got mine." She bites down onto the apple.

Next was Moblit. He actually got his on the first try. After Moblit, it was me. I couldn't get one on my three tries.

"Dang, well it's your turn, babe." I pull Levi over to the bucket.

"Tsk." He puts his head down into the water, on his third try he gets one. He pulls his head out. His hair was slightly wet.

'Oh my. I want thinking. He's too hot for his own good. Ugh these hormones got me all over the place.'

He throws the apple to me. "Got mine."

This continues on until it's on the last one. We were tied, so Levi and I had to bob at the same time. Hange's suggestion. This was the tie breaker. After our tries, I succeeded.

"Yeah, take that. (Y/n) and I get free dinner." Hange yells out. All the students look towards us with puzzled faces.

Moblit and I chuckle with nervousness.

After a bit, Jean suggests we all play in a tournament at the dart board.

The teams were

Jean and Armin

Eren and Reiner

Berthold and Annie

Sasha and Marco

Levi and Erwin

Hange and Miche

Ymir and Connie

Mikasa and Historia

Me and Moblit

It was a bit different than usual teams. Let's just say that putting Levi and Erwin on the same team was kind of overpowered. They had all of us beat by a long run. It was just a friendly little tournament, though, nothing crazy.

I was now standing by the food table, eating a cookie and drinking some punch. Levi walks up to me, "Your desserts are always great. Good job on the cookies. You said Mikasa did the punch?" He leans on the wall next to me.

"Yeah, she done a great job also. You know she asked to work with me again next semester." I tell my shorter boyfriend.

"Hmm. I haven't had anyone come back to me yet." He says, getting a brownie. His eyes go wide.

"Who made these?" He asks.

"I think I asked Armin to. Some when were you one for sweets?" I chuckle

He finishes the sweet, "Tsk, since being with you. I don't indulge in them like you do, though." He explains.

The party ends with us all dancing a bit, then cleaning up. Levi made sure the place was spotless. I allowed the students to take home whatever foods they wanted. Sasha, Eren, and Connie were the main three that took any home.

I was now in the passenger seat of Levi's car looking at the lights decorating the streets. 'Tonight was fun. Now, to get home to prepare for tomorrow.'

A/N: This chapter is a bit shorter than usual, but it was just about the last little bit of time you spend with the students. At least for now. I might make a chapter or two with them into the spring semester. I'm mainly going to try to focus on the relationship of the reader and Levi for the remainder of the story. There could be an exception.
