To Learn Of One Another Levi x reader

Chapter 1

A/N: I am going to state these few things. Mostly everyone I personally know is somewhat to a lot taller than Levi. I'm taller than him being that I'm 5 foot 6 inches tall. So in this story I'm gonna go off the height of 5 foot 5 inches. Sorry if this upsets anyone. I personally don't really care if my significant other is taller or shorter than me. Thanks for reading.

I was walking to the welcome assembly to welcome the college students from summer break. This is my third year working for Shiganshina University. I've mostly stayed to myself and helping students during my three years working here. I've gotten to know some of the teachers here. This year, though, there were going to be a few new professors that transferred from teaching at the bigger branch of the University 45 minutes away from campus. If I recall their names are Hange Zoe, Erwin Smith, and Levi Ackermann.

The assembly was mainly to welcome new students and introduce all departments along with their staff. The first day of classes didn't technically start until tomorrow morning. It's about 4 in the evening now. I enter the already packed building going to the front row to sit next to the professors. I happened to sit next to a woman, whom I have never seen before. She had her hair in a messy ponytail and wore glasses that fitted her already beautiful looks. Next to her was a shorter man with an emotionless face. Kinda hot, in my opinion. Then next to him was a taller man with bright blue eyes and blonde hair.

I smiled, "Hello, it's nice to meet you. You must be the new professors?" I give them a small wave. The woman speaks excitedly, "Yes. I'm Hange Zoe. I am going to be taking the position of the biological sciences. This short stack next to me is, Levi. He's going to be one taking up for the Law and History branch position. The blondie over there is Erwin. He's taking the position for communications and speech classes." The two men glance over, and then you see another head pop up from behind. "Oh, and this is Moblit. He's going to assist me and be doing some of the lectures and labs."

"Well, I'm (y/n). I'm the professor for the writing and English department. Hopefully we can all get to know each other more." You were cut short by the sound of a microphone turning on.

"Alright students, welcome to the college life. At Shiganshina University we work in order for our students to achieve their life long goals. We would like you all to feel free to ask anyone of the staff members for help. As a matter of fact, we have three new professors, hold it four. We have one that got added last minute. We will allow the professors from each department to come up to speak to each of you." The university president speaks.

Everyone gets through to their introductions. The president then excuses everyone to go look around campus or talk to the teachers. As you were gathering your things to go get a bite to eat, the brunette lady runs up to you. "Hey, (y/n). I was wondering if you would like to come with my friends and I to get a bite? I noticed earlier that we kinda of got cut off in our conversation."

"Sure, what did you have in mind?" The three men from earlier walk up from behind her. "Just some sandwiches from the place here on campus." Said Erwin, I think his name was. "Oh okay. That's fine." With that said I walk with the group to grab dinner for the evening.

We walk in to see the place pretty full. My gaze turns to a group of students. They seem different than most. I mean there were a lot of them gathered around 3 tables put together. "I kind of can't wait to meet the students tomorrow." I bring up the group looks at you. Erwin, Hange, and Moblit agree. Levi just looks at me for a couple of seconds then speaks, "Yeah, I guess it would be nice to get to know some of the, brats."

Crap, he's got some attitude on him. Maybe he's just not feeling well. "You'll have to excuse Levi's behavior. He's always like that. Trust me though, he means well." Hange says as she interrupts my thoughts.
