Chapter 11

Thankfully, I had some makeup in my purse. I almost completely forgot about Levi marking me. I needed to cover that up so I won't get any dirty looks while there. Especially since Mikasa is going to be there.

It's an open party thanksgiving, so she is welcome to bring friends. Obviously, she was going to bring Eren. He's her now boyfriend. Armin and Sasha are her best friends so that was obvious. Then, I'm sure the rest are going to tag along anyway. If not it was fine. I just know if they were to see me marked they would be questioning me as soon as break was over.

"We're here. Are you almost finished?" Levi asks from
the driver's seat. I finish up covering the mark, "Yeah." I then get out, Levi grabs one of the pies, while I grab the other. I refused to let him carry both. So, we agreed to carrying one each.

We approach the porch, stopping in front of the door. Levi knocks, a few seconds pass and Ruby opens the door with a big smile.

"Levi, (y/n)! Come on in." She moves aside to let us into their cozy home. I've only been in the front in back yards. I've never really seen the inside. It had a whole western vibe to it. The walls were that of a wooden pattern. There were many decorations such as; animal knickknacks, photos of family, many plants, many southern saying decorations also. The floor was hardwood, with rugs placed under furniture and by door ways.

"We brought some pies." Levi says removing his shoes, then you doing the same. Ruby takes the pies in the process.

"Oh, I see it's more of the lovely (y/n)'s cooking. I can't wait to try these later." She says taking off to the kitchen. I chuckle at the older lady.

We walk further into the house to see quite a few people. Like I thought, Mikasa, Eren, Armin, Sasha, Conny, and Annie were in front of the television taking turns on the PlayStation. I seen a couple of other people I haven't seen before, but I'm sure I'll get to know them later.

Then I seen people I totally didn't think about being there. In the kitchen and dining room there were; Hange, Moblit, Erwin, Paige, Miche, Petra, Oruo, Eld, and Gunther. Hange immediately locked eyes with me, "(y/n), Levi!" She came running towards us, then she near about knocked us both over giving us both a hug.

"Tsk, shitty four-eyes." Levi states.

"Hi, Hange. I had no idea you would be here." I say giving her a hug back.

"Oh yeah. Kenny and Ruby automatically invite us all every year since we pretty much grew up with Levi. They think of us as family. Jaeger and some of his bunch are here too with Mikasa." Hange explains.

By the time everyone else is gathered around. Petra and Paige give me hugs, while the guys give handshakes to Levi and I.

There's one more person that I haven't seen yet. Just as if he knew I was thinking about him, the sliding door to the back yard opens up.

"Looks like you made it brat and you brought (y/n) along with you." Kenny comes on in holding a beer. Levi rolls his eyes, "I see you still make your self drink that piss you call alcohol." Levi looks to Kenny with his expressionless face. Kenny chuckles a dry laugh.

Kenny walks over to us, he pulls me in for a hug. "How's my niece doing? Any news we should be expecting?" He then slings his arm around my shoulder.

I get what he's asking and blush, "Oh no sir. I don't think it's quite time for one of those yet." I rub the back of my neck giving a closed eye, nervous smile.

He laughs, "I'm just kidding around, girl. In all seriousness, though, I think you and Levi should tie the knot."

"I mean we've only known each other since August. So, that's 3 months. I want to at least know him for a year. I love him. I know he loves me. It's just I'm not sure we're ready yet." I tell the taller Ackermann.
