Jazmine spent a long time in the bathroom. She showered, cleaned her face, and even took down the hair they'd given her for the video. It felt like hours had passed, but she still couldn't get the courage to go back into the room. She was still reeling from the conversation with Diamond. If she stayed there long enough, maybe Ant would be asleep. Then she would have time to think.

Sadly she had no such luck. He was lying in bed on his phone when she walked out in an oversized shirt and underwear. When he looked up at her, she felt naked. Rushing into bed she climbed under the covers and turned her back to him.

Ant chuckled, setting his phone down. Propping an arm behind his head he looked over at her. She was curled up like she was trying to relax and escape all at the same time. "You know I can see you right?" He joked.

This was ridiculous. Why were they acting as if they'd just committed a crime? He sat up bringing his knees to his chest. When she didn't respond, he leaned over tapping her shoulder.

"Yea?" She answered pulling her shoulder away.

"I'm not gone bite you, I promise." He tilted his head, amused by her. "Not this time at least."

Her face instantly felt red as a tomato. "I will go sleep on the balcony! I swear!"

"Okay, okay. I'll be good." Resting his chin on his arms, he couldn't help but smile. She was still as shy and awkward as ever. "Can you look at me?"

"No." She shot back nestling deeper under the covers. The only thing she wanted was to be left alone until she could think this through properly.

"Why not?"

"Because!"

"Because what Jazmine?" He asked in a teasing voice. "It was too good or too bad?"

"Balcony," she responded, moving to get up.

He instantly grabbed her arm holding her back. "Hey, look at me Jazzy."

She frowned sitting back and looking over at him. He looked so innocent sitting like that; like a goofy little boy with a stupid smirk. "What?"

"What you thinking? Are we just not gone talk about it?"

"Talk about what?" She responded, not knowing what else to say.

He looked at her blankly, flaring his nostrils a bit. Her eyes averted to the ceiling. "Jazmine, if I made you uncomfortable just tell me. I can't say I regret it, but I'll respect it if we need to set some boundaries."

Letting out a long breath she put both hands on her head. "No, no... it's not your fault. I'm just as guilty," she said finally softening up. She couldn't help but notice how sweet he was being about it. It was hard to keep avoiding him. "I'm just, scared..."

"Scared of what?" He asked furrowing his eyebrow. He was hesitant of asking the second question, but he couldn't contain himself. "Scared of Daff?"

"No! Against popular belief everything isn't about him," she said pursing her lips. "About us. I just got my best friend back... I don't want to lose you again."

When she looked over at him, her eyes melted his heart. That's what she was so worked up about? Sighing he moved closer to her, putting a hand on her forehead.

"What are you doing?" She questioned, panicked, swatting at his hand.

"Trying to figure out why your crazy ass think you gone lose me."

She frowned smacking his arm. If there was any time to tell him how she felt, it was now. It seemed like he was taking it as a joke. "I'm serious Ant! How do we move past this? I know you were probably just in the mood, and I want to act like that's all it was for me too... but Ant I keep thinking about it. For a moment there, I thought it meant something..."
