At the luxurious restaurant that serves the best hamburgers and steak in all of the Commonwealth, Simon Watts, a waiter there, helps a beautiful woman with short brown hair and dazzling gray-blue eyes.

Her appetite and palate seem to match his own as he takes her order. A hamburger. He runs it to the chefs to make and brings it out a bit later after it's finished cooking. He placed the delicious slab of meat between buns and various assortments of veggies and condiments and watched as the petite woman took a gleeful bite of the food and squealed just a little bit for its dancing flavors. He couldn't help but understand the maidens glee, he too loved himself one of the burgers made by his employer's gourmet kitchen staff. He found himself watering at the mouth as he was daydreaming. Quickly he spun around and refocused on his job.

After some time the eye catching woman finished her food and was ready to pay. Their interaction was nothing special. She paid him and he cleaned the table after she left. No, the reason why Simon Watts remembered the woman was the presence she gave off to him.

Wonderfully happy and relieved. Daytime's warmth seemed radiant forever around her. Like a star she seemed to shine with pure energy.

Peeking at her more closely he saw the dazzling universe in her grayish blue eyes and couldn't help but for a moment dream of speaking to this woman as a man, not a waiter but a person that was interested in her.

Sadly, his job wouldn't allow for those types of relationships to form and for that he could only blame himself for being so competent.

Simon Watts was his real name, but working as a waiter at the Chub 'n' Grub fine dining restaurant was only his cover. His true occupation was that of some of the few and recently installed World Alliance Secret Police Squadrons or WASPS for short. His task was to watch over Alexander's main commercial restaurant and also collect any information that passed through the restaurant.

Simon's qualifications also allowed him to be fairly high up in the social ladder if he so desired, but with the way the de-facto owner of the WASPS were using him and his brothers. He'd rather not try and strive for a high position.

A few hours later, as the day was coming to an end he saw the young master and his entourage that consisted of one WASPS member Thomas Andrew, Quin with no last name, and finally some mindless muscle.

All of them were being directed by the young Requis and Simon paid it no mind. He knew whatever trouble that Requis could get into would be dealt by his colleague Thomas.

Eventually they left on Requis' order and his shift resumed as normal. He went on autopilot for the rest of his shift until he saw the woman return. Her dazzling eyes and demeanor was exactly the same as it was a couple hours prior, if not more so. He couldn't help but smile when she asked for three more of the delicious burgers, but when she asked for a container and bag to carry it back to her home. He was intrigued. This idea of... of take home food felt like it would skyrocket sooner or later. He made a mental note of it and sent the order to the cooks.

Since she was just 'dining and dashing' she didn't go and find a seat but instead decided to make small talk with Simon. He felt elated by the chance and took it in stride.

Her voice was gravely but undeniably soft. Her mood must have played into the sound of her voice as Simon could tell that it was used to much more serious types of conversations and this complete vulnerability was new to her.

He reveled in her voice as they spoke and could only wonder what it would sound like if she was signing...

Far too soon her food was done and he handed her it and off she went. Shit. He forgot to get her name.
