Lea was clamped down on her sit, while Kusie did his work - preparing Lea for the taping of The Voice kids season 2. She was in a red dress, paired with their bragais heels. Not an hour passed, Kusie was done. Kusie left the room to go find something to eat since he hasn't eaten anything since lunch.

Lea on the other hand took out her phone and scrolled through the old messages on her instagram. And at last, she found the 7-month old message that she purposely left unseen. Her mind and her heart was battling with each other, but she had to do what was planned - to be with Ariel Rivera.

From @AriRivera: Hey, Lea! It's been awhile. I'm watching The Voice season 1 and you're still the same Lea, beautiful, kind, strong-willed. Dinner soon?

She stared at it for a few minutes, contemplating whether she would do it or not, but in the end, she replied.

To @AriRivera: Hey, Ariel! Sorry for the late reply. Aw, that's so sweet of you. I hope the dinner's not cancelled yet. 😂

In just a seconds, Ariel Rivera replied.

From @AriRivera: Thank gods, you replied! Dinner's still waiting. Dinner tonight?

To @AriRivera: Sure, but I still have to tape TVK. Just text me where and let's meet there.

From @AriRivera: Yey! See you, beautiful.

Lea didn't reply. She turned her phone off and thought about the things that she's doing. Aga's married now and it's too late for me. But it was never too late for her to start a new one and be happy with the rightful man.

TVK taping's done and I let Kusie and my glam team headed home first. I still need to meet up with Ariel. I was walking down the parking lot, still in the red dress that I wore on the tape. At the same time, I was waiting for Ariel's text but there was none.

I was a few meters away from my car when I saw a familliar man, with a bouquet on hand. He smiled at me and what else should I do? I smiled back.

"Hey, I didn't know your fetching me." I retorted, placing a kiss on his cheeks.

"Thought about surprising you. Flowers for you, by the way." He replied, handing me the flowers.

I got the flowers and smelled it.

"Thank you." I smiled. "By the way, my car's with me, would it be okay if we'll just meet there?" I asked.

"Sure. We'll have dinner at Aui Dei resto. You can just follow my car." He said, opening my own car door for me. "Safe travels, Lei. Wait for me and follow my lead." He told me and I gave him a nod.

I waited for him first before I turned on the engine of my car. I followed him through the hi-way. It has been long since I got to drive myself alone. The busy streets, furious cars and the city lights somehow soothe the what ifs and all the what could have beens in my head. Ariel turned left and I did too. It was just a 30-minute drive and we both arrived at the place.

"Good morning sir and ma'am. Welcome to Aui Dei!" We were greeted by the staff by the entrance.

Aui Dei was a French inspired restaurant with wood as its main material - but the used of wood did not make the restaurant a bit oldy and dull, the wood screamed for elegance. The interior were more on woods and timber too, but what really pulled my heart into this fine beanery were the 17th century paintings that were hanging by their walls plus the big chandelier hanging up above our heads that screamed so much about power and grace.

My sight was welcomed by the big fountain on the entrance with its golden water gushing their way up and down. I was in great awe.

"Reservation for Ariel Rivera." Ariel said.

"This way, ma'am and sir."

The staff led us to a secluded place, away from the chattering crowds. We were reserved with a table for two. There were a band playing rosebead sonata and I was loving the ambience. Ariel guided me to my seat and he took his own too. I was about to say something when I saw Aga and Charlene on the other table, having dinner too.
