The next day
"Good morning darling" Roy said as he was drinking his coffee in the parlor
"I have wonderful news " Roy said as he dropped the coffee on the table
"Yes what is it" Joe said a she came closer
"Choose one marriage or date" Roy said
"What um Date I guess"
"Okay you're gonna be dating someone" Roy said as he looked at her face to get her reaction
"What? Who"
"Well his name starts with D....." Roy said keeping too much suspension
"And there's and E...." Roy continued
"Don't tell me.... Keep on going" Joe was getting excited for a reason she doesn't know
"Well the next letter is a consonant". Roy continued
"And the letter after the consonant is a vowel"
"Don't tell me is who I think it is" Joe said
"On three two one we'll say who we think it is three two one" Roy counted
Joe: Devon
Roy: Derick
"What? Derick as in Des oh no no no I am not gonna date him" Joe's expression changed
"Look, Des made me to find you he told me where you guys where going to and in return he wants to date you so please he has done his part so you need to do yours " Roy pleaded
"So you gave me out as payment just to know where I went..... I'm not dating him" Joe said as she stormed back to her room she didn't notice Devon on her bed
"What happened?" Devon asked out of the gloom
"Ah" Joe said as she turned and saw him
"You scared me don't you have a house to stay?" Joe asked jokingly
"That's the point" Devon said as he stood up
"Not sure I understand..... Look Devon my dad wants me to date Des" Joe said as she could see the smile fade away of Devon's face
"I know you're not happy....." Joe didn't finish the sentence
"No I am you can date who you want.... I mean he is a nice guy and you'll be a faithful girlfriend" Devon said as he faced back
"Who said I'll be a faithful girlfriend?" Joe said
"It's just......"
Devon turned and wanted to talk before he knew it his lips was pressed against Joe's.
Feeling her soft lip, unconsciously he wrapped his hands around her waist and intensed the kiss.
It was as if they where on paradise nothing else was worth cared for only The kiss mattered.
Just then Joe pulled away and Devon looked at her eyes with lust
"Let's do something you ask me a question and I answer truly and I ask you a question and you do the same" Devon said still holding on to her waist.
"Okay" Joe said smiling
"You longed for that kiss right" Devon said as he looked into her eyes
Joe turned red and shyly nodded her head then Devon smiled
"What about you?" Joe asked without looking at him just looking down.
"Yes" Devon said as he smiled.
"You don't want to date Des right?" Devon asked
"No I don't " Joe was really brave in saying that one
"What about you?... You're not happy about me dating Des right?" Joe asked in return
"No I'm not" Devon said
"Now tell me the truth....... Do you....... Love me?" Devon asked while looking at her eyes
Unconsciously Joe nodded her head
"I want to hear it" Devon teased
"I love you Devon now what about you?" She asked then Devon looked at her with a raised eyebrow then out of nowhere he kissed her lips and got his own lip gloss
"Did that answer your question?" Devon smiled
"You know if you want to date me you should know somethings one, I don't really mind if you're jealous of me, two, I can be really really Jealous and be a pervert at times and the last one....." Devon said as he moved to Joe's neck and she could feel his hot breath.
"I can be really Romantic at times" Devon said as he gently laid a kiss on her neck and brought out his head and gave her a cute smile
"I love you" Devon said to her

Joe came out from her room and saw Des smiling at her
Before he could even greet her she started talking
"You... You told father where we were yesterday in order to date me" Joe blurted
"W..wha..what how did you know" Des asked shocked
"How did I know.... Oh please.... Like you aren't the one who told him to convince me" Joe replied
"Look let me just get one thing straight with you..... You, me we aren't gonna be together okay" Joe continued
"If you'll excuse me I have to leave" Joe said as she left.
"Ugh..... Roy I'll kill you" Des said as he stormed to where Roy was.
