My Love

It was the middle of the night I hear knocking at my front door, I groggily get out of bed and walk out of my bedroom. I open the front door and see
Theseus,  his eyes are all red and puffy, I could tell he was really upset about something "Theseus what's wrong ?" he looks at me, tears swelling up in his eyes. He open his mouth trying to say something and nothing comes out. He starts crying, wraps his arms around me and hugs me tightly I hug him back. We break away from the hug, I grab his hand and lead into the lounge he room. I set down on the couch and Theseus looks down at me with those sad, puffy eyes and collapses to his knees sobbing he wraps his arms around me, hugging me tightly. I wrap my arms around his head, when he sob into my chest trying to give him the comfort he needs. "Sometimes it just gets too hard" he said through tears. After a couple of minutes Theseus crying into my chest. He pulls away and his wipe to the tears away. I grab his hand, and lead him into my bedroom He needed some rest "come on let's go to the bedroom" I say softly. Theseus is standing in my bedroom, still very much torn up about everything, but his calm down a little bit, I take off his grey coat and put it in the kitchen, I walked back into my bedroom and start take off his overalls and start unbuttoning his shirt, Theseus looks down at me "Whenever I used to get like this, Leta would just say it's just part of the job, and I shouldn't be so upset about it, She would never comfort me about it, unlike you" I could hear the sadness in his voice, I finish unbuttoning his shirt to get him ready for bed, he sits down on the bed and looks at me with those sweet eyes sad eyes blue eyes. I want to the kitchen to get Theseus coat,  so I can put it with the rest of his clothes in my room. I grab Theseus coat. and I felt something in one of the pockets, I pull it out and it was a flask. I connected the dots why I haven't seen him like this before, I realise the flask is completely empty and smell like whiskey. I give the flask a quick clean and put it back in the coat. I went back into my bedroom and put Theseus coat with the rest of his things and I see Theseus fast asleep on my bed. I look at Theseus fast asleep for a few moments and smile to myself. I turn off the lights, and walk over to the other side of the bed and lie down next to him. Theseus shuffle over and wraps his arms around me I fall asleep with Theseus arms wrapped around me tightly.

Time skip Morning.

I wake up in a empty bed and I see Theseus isn't lying next to me. Part of me was a little bit sad, seeing him not next to me, I sigh and get up and go to the kitchen. I see a note from Theseus on the kitchen bench.

My love

I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye but I had to go straight away,
I have to go on a urgent mission and I'm sorry I can't tell you anything about it,
I'll try to send your letters are using Depulso spell, and I hope you will do the same,
I don't know how long I'll be.
No one must knows about us.
