Chapter 5

I check my watch 6:55. "Well, do you want to go on ahead?"

She nods.

I turn off the television then walk towards the front door. I open it for her as she grabs her phone and purse.

"Thank you." She says running her fingers across my arm.

I shiver. "You're welcome."

Time skip and back to normal POV

We got to the party. There were quite a few people. I seen Erwin, his woman, Moblit, Miche, Petra, Oruo, Eld, Gunther, Eld's girlfriend, Gunther's girlfriend, Miche's fiancé, and of course Hange herself.

"Welcome, you two." Hange says giving us two solo cups with tropical punch with vodka. "Okay everyone is here now. Let's start the games. I want to start with poker. Guys go first against each other.

I look to Levi at he puts his hand on my lower back. We walk towards the table, he takes a seat as the rest of the guys gather around. Petra speaks, "We all know the captain and commander are going to be facing off. This is their domain.

Oruo looks to Petra, "Come on. You're not even gonna route for me, your loving fiancé?" She whacks him on the head causing him bite down on his tongue. You chuckle.

Petra looks towards you. "Hi, I'm Petra Ral. I've heard a good bit about you from Hange." She puts her hand out to shake.

"Nice to meet you. I'm (y/n). I haven't seen y'all around." I say taking her hand and shaking it firmly.

"Yeah, we aren't professors we're counselors for the sister campus. Eld is the blonde, the doofus is my fiancé Oruo, and the brunette is Gunther. I'm sure you will get to see us more often now. So, how are things with Levi?" She asks.

I blush, "We just got to know each other a couple of weeks ago. I'm still kind of getting to know him."

She whispers in my ear, "Trust me. I think he likes you. He talked a good bit about you when he went out to lunch with us the other day. He's a bit tough to crack, but maybe you can do it."

"Really? He talks about me?" I whisper back to her. The strawberry blonde nods.

Erwin speaks, "Okay, let's get this started."

After about an hour and a half, Levi and Erwin were the final ones for the tournament. Whoever wins get the money in the middle which was $600.

A little more time passes and Levi pulls the win.

Everyone cheers. Erwin shakes his hand and I clap for him.

Next was the women. It was me against Hange. There was $400 on the line for us. I put my cards down and Hange puts hers down. Let's just say she beat me by a long shot. I shook her hand and then clapped for her.

"Next is truth or dare. Everyone pair up with their date. This truth or dare will be shots. If you don't do your truth or dare you have to both take a shot." Moblit explains the rules.

Small time skip

Erwin and Paige look towards Levi and I, "Truth or dare?"

Levi and I both agree on truth, "Truth."

Paige asks, "Is it true that you two have feelings for each other?"

Everyone gasps and looks towards us.

We both blush. I speak up, "If Levi would like to give a chance I would love to try being his girlfriend."

Levi goes slightly wide eyed, "Really?"

I blush even harder. Levi grabs my hand, "Well, I'm willing to give you a chance."

Everyone awwws. We then continue on the game. Then decide to play battle of the sexes.

The girls won. Then, the rest of the night was filled with dancing and talking. Overall, everyone had fun.

Levi drove me home. We were standing in front of the door.

"I had fun tonight. You really want to try this relationship thing?" I ask. Looking down at my feet.

"Of course, if you want to." Levi says grabbing my hand. I look into his eyes. He leans closer to my face. I hold my breath from being nervous. I feel his soft lips press against my cheek.

"Goodnight, sweetheart." He says pulling back lookin at me.

"G-goodnight, L-levi." I stutter out.

He smiles a small smile and chuckles slightly.

"I'll call you tomorrow." He says walking away.

"Yeah." I walk into my home and close my door. I let out a breath then start dancing around.

"Levi Ackermann said yes! I'm not gonna be alone the rest of life!" I say as I make my way to my bed and lay there in thought.

Levi, please let this be real...
