"We must get her into a hospital or something." Hope panicked
"Move..mikaelson women coming through." Rebekah says as keelin, freya, davina, Hayley and Cleo walked to help Josie pack her things.
"Are we going to a real hospital? I mean Hope wasn't born in one" klaus pointed out
"That's because someone's ex fling decided it would be a good idea to kidnap and rip Hope right out of me" Hayley crossed her arms.
"In all defense..it wasn't my fault." Klaus argued
"SHUT THE HELL UP! YOU ARE STRESSING MY BABY MOTHER OUT!" Hope yelled
Josie wouldn't and couldn't admit how hot that was because of the pain she was now getting.
"What do I do? What do I do?!!!" Hope cried out
"Hope?" Josie asked
"Yes my little witch?" Hope asked
"Please shut the fuck up..you aren't carrying this baby that's hurting me really bad." Josie says
"I've got the car ready!" Landon yelled from downstairs
"Come on sweetheart" Hope says before she picked up Josie and briefly took her down the stairs.

When they got there Lizzie had went in with Josie.
They were going through labor for about 12 hours now.
"It hurts...it hurts so much hope." Josie cried out every 2 minutes.
"It's going to be okay...I promise." Hope says
"Hope I can't do this anymore!" Josie cried out
"It's okay baby...you can get through this" Hope tried to keep her calm
"I can't keep peaceful! What the hell is that going to do for me? I need drugs! DOCTORS GIVE ME THE DRUGS! PLEASE!" Josie started to yell and sweat
"don't yell you are only going to tire yourself out. Some women start yell which causes you to push too early and-" Hope began but soon cut off
"Hope, she'll be fine. I've been watching her all this time and she's doing good." Lizzie insisted
"Yeah you say so but then here she is screaming her lungs out." Hope rolled her eyes
"Okay...I think it's time" the doctor entered the room and walked over to Josie's private area.
"What?" Josie asked
"Listen...it will be better if you would leave I only need the parents." The doctor says to Lizzie
Lizzie nodded before walking to the door.
"Good luck sis! Bring my niece into this world...healthy of course" Lizzie smiled before leaving out of the room.
"It's time for you to push." The doctors says
"I can't do it." Josie breathed out.
"Yes you can...I believe in you" Hope says as she held Josie's hand and head close to her.
Josie took a deep breath
"That's it push!" The doctors says
Josie began to decrease down on the contractions. Hope hasn't kept track after a while but she can see the progress the pushes were less than 20 seconds each, with a 5 second break in between.
"Just keep pushing, my little witch. You're doing wonderful." Hope encouraged Josie with a smile.
"We got a head! We can see the head!" The doctors says
