i put out the blunt and laid my head against the seat of my car, it's been days now of amory avoiding me and not talking to me.

i'm tryna give him space but the shit killing me, i checked the time on my phone seeing.

2:46am.

i got on my phone and text amory again.

i sighed as i got out the car and walked back up to the door, i unlocked it and went inside to the kitchen where i found zakiya.

"what you was doing out??" she asked as she threw a grape into her mouth.

"i was smoking." she hummed in response.

"you've talked to amory??" i asked and she slowly turned towards me.

"why you asking?? i'm sure you got zoey to be worried about." she said.

"why would i be worried about zoey??" i asked and she laughed.

"oh so you don't-" she stopped when she saw the look on my face.

"oh shit...you don't know..." she said leaving me more confused.

"what? know what zakiya come on bruh, i've been feeling like shit these past few days not hearing from him." i said.

"well...just know he saw some shit tuesday at school and heard a thing or two." she said then walked out the kitchen.

i laughed before putting my phone up then got into my car.
