Chapter 99

Amelia POV
Tuesday morning
7:30am

I was up here feeding baby Alaïa kentrell was still asleep because he watched Alaïa all night while I got rest so now it was his turn to rest.

"You finished" I said taking my nipple out Alaïa mouth
"Hi mamas girl" I said kissing her lips

Alaïa needed to be burped now so I held her head up and gently tapped her back.

"That was a big one mama" I said

A knock at the door hit the door.

"Come in" I said
"Goodmorning" She said
"Goodmorning" I said
"I got you some breakfast here" She said
"Thank you" I said
"You welcome enjoy" She said closing the door

I finished burping Alaïa and sat her back on her pillow she was wide awake but I knew she would be asleep soon. I decided to see what they had for breakfast this morning. I removed the top from the plate to see pancakes, eggs, bacon and orange juice. It looks good but does it taste good? While I was eating my phone starting ringing. I looked to see it was Vanessa calling.

Phone call with Vanessa 📞

"Hello" I said
"Congratulations on your Babygirl she's so beautiful!" Vanessa said
"Thank you so much!" I said
"I actually got her some stuff can I drop it off today or whenever you're home?" Vanessa asked
"Today is okay. I'm on 4th floor room 109" I said
"Okay I'll see you later on" Vanessa said
"Okay, bye" I said hanging up

End of call 📞

I put my phone down and finished eating my breakfast. Alaïa was just watching me with her little cute self. Kentrell was finally up on his phone he wasn't a morning person so you had to give him time to warm up.

"BAE!" Kentrell said
"Bae why are you screaming you scared her" I said picking her up
"She alright" Kentrell said
"Lil mama" Kentrell said taking Alaïa from me

My pancakes were good and so was the bacon but the eggs was just a no for me.

"The breakfast good?" Kentrell asked
"It's okay" I said
"Ima go get us sum in a min" Kentrell said
"Okay" I said

"Knock knock knock" My nurse said coming in
"How you feeling?" My nurse asked
"I'm feeling better each day" I said
"That's good. So they wanted me to ask if you wanted to take her newborn photos" My nurse asked
"Yeah that's fine" I said
"Okay the Photo photographer will be here at 12" She said
"Okay thank you" I said
"You are welcome call me if you need anything" She said

"Hand me her bag" I said
"Okay" Kentrell said

Kentrell handed me her bag and I looked in her bag to see which outfit I wanted her to take her pictures in. I finally found the one and it was pink and had her name on her shirt some little white pants and a pink hat it was so cute. A knock hit my door again and Kentrell said come in. Mama Sherhonda walked in.

Kentrell POV
8:45am

I was holding my daughter when somebody knock at the door. I said come in and my mama came in.

"Goodmorning!" My mama said
"Hey ma" I said
"Hey baby" My ma said hugging Amelia
"Look at my pretty grand baby" My ma said

My mama ended up taking Alaïa from me.

"How was last night?" My ma asked
"Ma this lil girl can eat" I said
"Tiring" Amelia said
"She's a baby boy what you expect?" My ma said
"I know ma" I said
"Alaïa has a photo shoot today"Amelia said
"I was wondering when they were going to tell you about that" My ma said
"Oh you know I was gone ask ma" Amelia said

I got up and grabbed me some clothes to put on and went into the bathroom to shower. I turned the water on and let it warm up and then got in.

30mins later......

I got out the shower and dried my body off and then put some underwear on. I slipped on my grey pants and white shirt I put my gray jacket on and then started brushing my teeth. After I finished I grabbed my dirty clothes and walked out the bathroom.

"Wassup everybody" I said
"Hey" Melanie said
"Wassup" Demario said
"Where Mya?" I asked
"Downstairs at the Starbucks" Demario said
"Oh yea" I said chuckling
"Okay I'm going to take a shower. Alaïa should be good she's feed" Amelia said
"Okay baby" I said

"Ma can I have my daughter back?" I asked
"Anybody else want her?" My ma asked
"No" I said
"Kentrell" My ma said

My mama rolled her eyes and gave me back Alaïa. I kissed my daughter cheeks and laid her down in her seat she was wide awake too. A knock hit the door which caused everybody attention.

"Come in" My ma said
"Hey" A girl said coming in
"Who you?" I asked
"I'm Vanessa I work for Amelia" Vanessa said
"Oh yea. Come in" I said
"She in the shower she should be out in a min" Mya said
"Okay" Vanessa said sitting beside my ma

"Lil mama you should not be hungry you just ate" I said

Alaïa was sticking her lil milky tongue out.

"You want to hold her baby?" My ma asked Vanessa
"You sure?" Vanessa asked
"Yea just wash your hands" My ma said
"Okay" Vanessa said

Vanessa got up and washed her hands and then dried them and came over to me. I picked Alaïa up and gave her to Vanessa.

"She's so pretty" Vanessa said
"Who you think she look like?" My ma asked
"I see both" Vanessa said
"Thank you" I said smiling
"Nigga getting happy" Demario said chuckling
"Fuck you" I said

I'm surprised Alaïa didn't cry she hated when anybody else held her if it wasn't me or her mama. I just chilled and checked my social media.
