Chapter 20

Kentrell POV

I was already irritated about what Alex had said about me taking breaks from dating for a while for the sake of my music which was bullshit. When I'm mad as hell I eat so I had to eat something and vent to Moneybagg about this shit. But while I was eating Mya called Moneybagg and said we should pop up Amelia's photo shoot because she had on a bathing suit that showed to much skin. I'm very overprotective over Amelia, if she showing to much I'm addressing it. So I decided to go. Amelia took my mind off a lot of shit anyways so why not be around her a third day in a row. I was now following Amelia to the nail shop she was talking about going to. I wasn't a fan of this shit so I definitely wasn't going in. I was probably gone roll some blunts in the car or some shit until she finished. We pulled into the parking lot at the nail shop. Amelia parked her car and I parked mines next to her and watched her head over to me.

"You coming in?" Amelia asked
"Hell nah" I said
"Please" Amelia said
"No bruh. Ion do this shit" I said
"If you my bestfriend then you would do it" Amelia said
"Nah nah, don't pull that bestfriend shit on me" I said
"Kentrell please! All you gotta do is wait it's not like I'm forcing you to get your feet done" Amelia said
"Ian never doing that shit either" I said
"Pretty please!" Amelia said
"Ight Ight move bruh" I said getting out
"I love youuu" Amelia said
"You should after this shit" I said following her into the nail shop
"Hi what can I get for you?" The Chinese looking lady asked
"Oh I'm good. I'm waiting. I'll be over here" I said sitting down in the chair

1 hour later
I been sitting in this damn chair for an hour. I thought Mya was suppose to but Moneybagg and her got caught up in fucking and shit. I ain't never calling that nigga again after the shit I heard. I was strolling through social media on my phone when I got a call from Jania.

*Phone call with Jania*
"Yo" I said
"Kentrell you think you can get your son?" Jania asked
"When?" I said
"The weekend. I'm going out of town" Jania said
"Where?" I asked
"That isn't your business now is it? I'll drop him off Friday morning" Jania said
"Ight man. Be careful " I said
"I will" Jania said
*End of call*

Even after all the shit Jania did to me I still cared about her and wanted her safe. I might not want nothing to do with her, but I had a son with her. I was suppose to get all my kids this weekend anyways which means I wasn't gone see Amelia for the weekend. I ain't ready for her to meet my kids yet. I seen Amelia get up and head to the cash register. I hopped up and rushed beside her. She definitely wasn't about to pay for this herself.

"I got it" I said
"Kentrell no it's fine-" Amelia said
"I got it. How much?" I asked
"$95" The woman said
"Ight" I said handing her the $100 dollar bill
"Keep the change" I said walking away
"Thank you" Amelia said following behind me
"You didn't have to do that Kentrell. I have my own money" I said
"I know" I said
"Why-" Amelia said
"Look ima follow you to yo house. We can talk about all of that when I get there" I said
"Okay" Amelia said
"We gotta talk anyways" I said closing her door
"Well okay" Amelia said
"Ima meet you there" I said
"Okay" Amelia said

I hopped in the car and headed towards Amelia house. Alex started to call me and I clicked decline fast as hell. I wasn't tryna hear shit he was saying.

30 mins later
I arrived at Amelia house and parked the car. I got out and headed towards the door. I knocked on the door and waited for Amelia or somebody to come to the door.

"Hey"Amelia said
"Wassup?" I said
"Mya and Moneybagg in the bed so you want to talk in here or in the bedroom?" Amelia asked
"We can go in the room. I actually gotta talk to you about something personal" I said
"Okay" Amelia said

I followed Amelia to her room with her dog running behind her. Amelia sat on the bed and I sat next to her.

"So you wanna go first? " Amelia asked
"Nah you go" I said
"Okay, I really don't like how you paid for my nails for me, I can do it myself I'm very independent " Amelia said
"When you with me, youn gotta pay for nothing" I said
"I'm independent" Amelia said
"You can be independent when you by yourself but when you around me I get u anything you want" I said
"But then you'll need something in return" Amelia said
"Nah, ion need nothing unless you tryna give me something in return" I said smirking
"Move" Amelia said getting up
"Ight Ight Ight, I'm playing" I said chuckling
"I'm serious" Amelia said
"I'm serious too. Ion want you spending money on yourself unless it's when I'm not around. " I said
"Okay okay fine. It looks like I'm not going to win this argument " Amelia said going into the bathroom
"You not" I said
"So what did you need to tell me?" Amelia asked
"Oh it's nothing. It can wait though" I said
"Kentrell, you said you would tell me when you got here" I said
"It can wait though. It's not important " I said
"You sure?" Amelia asked
"Yeah I'm sure" I said
"Okay.." Amelia said coming back into the room

It's not that I didn't want to tell Amelia that I was growing feelings for her, but I wanted to wait until later. I was fasho gone tell her later.

"What you doing later?" Amelia asked
"Chilling with you" I said
"Oh really?" Amelia asked
"Yea, unless you want me to go" I said
"No you can stay" Amelia said hugging my neck
"Ight" I said chuckling
"Kentrell?" Amelia asked
"Wassup ma?" I asked
"Can I lay on you? I'm sleepy" Amelia said
"Go ahead ma" I said
"Thank you" Amelia said

I just knew I was catching feelings. And that's what I was afraid of.
