Chapter 49

Amelia POV
Next Morning
7am

I woke up to my alarm clock going off like crazy. I hit off and laid on my back. After about 5mins of laying there I got up and ran the shower water. I grabbed a towel and a small towel and hopped in the shower.

10mins later

I hopped out the shower and walked into the room with the towel around me. I quickly put on my underwear and bra and then I sat down by my dresser and straighten my hair. After I did my hair I got my blue jean pants and my yellow dress coat. Since I had to interview people right after my doctors appointment I decided I would dress nice. I hope they did the same.  I did my makeup and put on a little bit lipgloss. I got my black wedge heels and finished up. I walked back to the kitchen to get Paisley some food and water and then headed out the door. I texted Kentrell to let him know I was on my way to the doctors appointment.

I put my seatbelt on and made my way out the drive way. I turned on some Queen Najia Butterflies Pt2

15mins later

I finally pulled in the doctors office and seen Kentrell car. I parked next to him and hopped out. He looked over and seen me and then hopped out. It was very awkward when I seen him, I don't know why.

"Wassup" Kentrell said
"Hey you ready? I have things to do after this" I said
"I'm ready when you are" Kentrell said

I started walking into the buliding and stopped at the front counter to check in.

"What's your name ma'am?" She asked
"Amelia Johnson" I said
"Okay.. let's see.. Okay you are 5mins earlier but I will let your doctor know  that you're here" She said
"Okay thank you" I said

I walked over and sat 2 seats down from Kentrell.

"Amelia why the hell you all the way down there?" Kentrell asked
"Because I don't want to be by somebody that cheated on me. And why the hell would you tell the whole world that I'm pregnant? I already look stupid enough" I said looking at him
"What you mean why? Amelia they was gone find out eventually " Kentrell said
"But that don't mean i wanted them to know right now. I could've wanted to pop out 6months later or half way down my pregnancy " I said

"AMELIA JOHNSON" The nurse called out

"We finishing this later" I said

I walked back to where she was. She weighed me and we went into the room.

"How are you this morning?" She asked
"I'm okay" I said
"Have you been having a lot of morning sickness or more of night sickness" She asked
"I have a little of both" I said
"So both morning and night ?" She asked
"Yes" I said
"And who might you be?" She asked Kentrell
"I'm the father" Kentrell said
"Well congratulations" She said
"I appreciate it" Kentrell said
"Okay, we going to start off by checking your blood pressure and then we can get a look at the baby" She said

The lady took my blood pressure which was good and normal. And then she told me to get dressed from the bottom and then put the blanket over my legs.

"Okay let's take a look here.. this will be a little cold" She said rubbing the gold gel on my stomach
"Okay.. this is the baby right here" she said looking the screen

I smiled. Now that I'm actually seeing that I'm carrying a baby I'm more excited.

"You are about 2 months pregnant now" She said smiling

"Right now you are a little dehydrated. You need to drink a lot of water so you won't have to be in the hospital a lot through your pregnancy. And try to stay away from stressful things. Please don't pick up any heavy things" She said rubbing the gel off my stomach
"Okay, I can eat anything?" I asked
"Yes, but you might not be able to keep things down which is okay. There some things you will be able to keep down" She said
"Okay thank you so much. Can I have some pictures?"
"Yes. I'll be right back. You can get dressed now" She said walking out

"Wow. You been pregnant for a while now" Kentrell said
"You knew that though. Remember when you kept telling me to take a pregnancy test?" I asked
"I'm sorry" Kentrell said
"I know. " I said
"Then why won't you forgive me?" Kentrell asked
"Kentrell this isn't something I can get over in the matter of one day. The internet already knows about you cheating. " I said
"Okay? The internet gone know everything about us and you know this" Kentrell said
"No. I need time. You cheated on me. And not let that you cheated on me with your ex which is your baby mother. Kentrell you were my crush the person I looked up to the most. I fell in love with you. I tried not listening to the things people said about you because I wanted to find out myself. But it looks like the world was right" I said


Before Kentrell could say anything back the nurse came back in with some papers and an envelope with the pictures in there. She gave one to me and the other to Kentrell.

"This just shows that you will come see me again every 5 weeks to check back up on the baby" She said
"I already have an appointment set out for you same time as today." She said
"Okay thank you so much" I said
"Before you go your deliver doctor wants to meet you" she said

A male came in and smiled.

"Congratulations on your pregnancy " He said shaking my hand
"Thank you" I said
"You delivering my baby?" Kentrell asked
"Yes sir" He said
"It can't be a female? I don't feel comfortable with this" Kentrell said
"I will do everything I can and respect her. " He said
"You fine. You can stay" I said
"Okay. So I'm Dr Jason I'm your delivery doctor If you have any problems with your pregnancy just give me a call. The number should be on the paper " Dr Jason said
"Okay" I said
"It was nice meeting you Mrs Johnson " Dr Jason said walking out

I got up and walked out the room. Kentrell followed behind me. I walked to the front and out the buliding. I got to my car and tried to open it before Kentrell pulled me close.

"I'm sorry. That's all I want you to know" Kentrell said kissing my forehead and stomach
"I gotta go. I have things to do" I said
"Please keep me updated" Kentrell said
"I will. " I said

I watched Kentrell get out and pull away. This was so hard for me because I was still in love with him. I pulled out and made my way to the studio.
