Psychosis

I've fallen into a world of fantasy,
Where up is down
And left is right.
Good is bad
Bad is good
Joy is sorrow
And anger is anxiety.

I lie to learn the truth,
I've lost sense of what is real
And what's merely in my head.

I tell the truth
And pain hits me,
I don't know why,
So I'll remain silent.

Wrong is right,
And right is wrong.
But what is right?
And what is wrong?
I can't tell the difference,
I can't see light,
I'm losing sight,
Please help me
To reach my height.
