Kim Sunoo's POV

I immediately grabbed my ringing phone from the night stand.

"Mhm?"

"Yah, hyung!" I heard Jungwon's voice.

"Oh, Won? What is it?" I asked, doing my morning stretch.

"Well, Jay is inviting us to drink! His treat." He excitedly said.

"Again?!" I scratched my head.

"Aren't you guys busy in finding jobs?" I asked again.

"Well, he wouldn't invite us if he is. Plus, the others are going to start by next month."

"Mhm, sure sure. At his condo?" I said.

"Nope, at this club. I'll send you the details later." I can feel him smiling.

"You sound so happy, hm?" I teased him.

"Well, I haven't told you something yet, so I think later will be the right time!" Now I am curious about what he'll say.

"Yeah, yeah, okay. I'll look forward to that." I shook my head because of his cuteness.

I decided to buy food from outside since I didn't want to touch my kitchen.

As soon as I opened my door, the one right across mine on the far end also did.

We both whipped our heads towards each other and met eyes.

I felt my heart drop at the sight.

It's Sunghoon, wearing a plain white shirt and specs.

I felt my face heat up.

I immediately fumbled to get my keys and enter again, but I was too late.

"Sunoo."

He called out.

I feel him approaching me, but that didn't stop me.

"Yah, Sunoo." He held the door back from closing which stopped me.

"Are you avoiding me?" I felt his breath from behind.

"N-No." I answered.

"Yes you are." He decided.

I looked back at him and glared.

"Then let me come in." He continued.

"No! Following me here and moving next door is enough, okay?!" I almost shouted.

"W-What? Look, I have no idea about all this. I did not even know I was in the same condo until I woke up and saw you!" He explained.

"I was drunk, Sun. I had no idea. This was the location my mom sent me and where she told me to stay. I could move out if you're uncom-"

"N-No. I mean, no." I stuttered.

"I didn't know too, I'm sorry." I apologized.

Fuck, that was embarrassing.

"Uhm, can I hug you?" He said after a long pause.

"What-?"

Before I can even finish, I felt our bodies slam together into a tight hug. A hug that felt longing and desperate.

"I missed you. So much, so so much." He said.

I didn't want to hug back, but my heart wanted to cry so much.

"Do you hear that?" He asked after a moment.

I immediately pushed him away from the hug. Did he hear my heartbeat?

"Did you hear how my heart beat?" He chuckled.

I stared at him for a good minute.

What is he doing? He has a girlfriend, right?

"You should go." I panicked.

What if his girlfriend sees us?! I don't want to wreck anyone's relationship!

I pushed him away to go out and do what I really intended to do.

"Hey!" He called out.

"Are you going with the guys later?" He asked.

Fuck, right...

I didn't mind the question and just continued walking.

Call me rude all you want. I just want to protect my peace.
