A Week Later

Its been a week since our marriage and he's busy all the time with his work. I don't mind that at all as this relationship is more on papers.
Maybe one day he might kick me out if he got bored with me
I was busy arranging my things today I will be going to my college to gather my certificates and apply for withdrawal
I dressed in a pink top and blue jeans
two guards sat in the car behind the main black car
and I sat in the first one
we reached my college in half an hour, I got off the car and the guards came along
I turned towards them
"You can wait out here it won't take long"
"Ok Ma'am but one of us will follow you"
I nodded in defeat as I knew his guards were stubborn
I walked passed the foyer to the principal's room
I knocked on the door
"Come in"
"Good Morning sir"
he looked up at me and smiled warmly
"Aah Elza how are you?"
"I am good"
"What brings you here today?"
"Sir I am applying for withdrawal"
"But there are just 2 months left for the graduation ceremony"
"I'll attend that but I won't be continuing here"
"ok dear you can hand me the appplication"
he signed my application
"You can collect your certificates from the front office, by the way Congratulations"
he said eyeing my wedding ring
"Thank You Sir"
I left his office went to the front office
as the lady handed over my certificates to me on my right I saw Joe walking towards me
"Where have you been since the finals?"
"I was just busy" I replied
"Wait you got engaged?" he asked in a serious voice his eyes on me
"M-Married" I whispered
"You got married? y-you didn't even tell me once?" he said in a broken voice
"I a-actually it was arranged by my grandpa"
"I never told you but I was going to propose you after our graduation turns out you already found someone" he sounded a little hurt, although I never thought about something between us, it was just friendship
"I am s-sorr-" he cut me off
"I wish you all the very best for your life ahead but you could have told me once I wouldn't had hopes for us" his eyes watery and he went away
I closed my eyes and sucked in
its not my fault this marriage was not my choice but compulsion
I left and walked quickly into the car, the guards behind me
the whole ride back to home I was lost thinking about Joe, I always saw him as a friend but maybe he wanted to take this friendship ahead
I wish he finds someone he truly loves
the car stopped I got off and went in
the maids bowed
I went upstairs to our bedroom and lay down I heard a knock
"Come in"
A guard came in
"Mam sir asked me to inform you to get ready for a family meet up tonight by 7"
"Oh Ok"
Family meetup? its 5:15pm right now I'll get ready after a nap
I woke up to the sound of the bathroom door being opened I sat up rubbing my eyes
I saw Dornan wrapped in a black towel his hair wet
I quickly hid under the blanket, this was so awkward I've never seen anyone with just a towel
I heard the door close
maybe he went out
I removed the blanket to see him standing near me staring at me
he smirked
"How are you baby?"
"I-I am good" I said avoiding his eyes
he bent down to my level and came closer, I moved back but he came closer till I hit the headboard
he placed his arms on the headboard capturing me in the middle
his arms were so veiny and his torso was so hard like a rock
he came so close to my face that I could feel his breathe on my cheeks
the wetness of his hair dripping down my chest
my heart was beating fast like a sports day drum
he was staring right into me I blinked my eyes
"So Fucking cute" he whispered
he placed his chin on my head and kissed my forehead his lips trailing my face and my cheeks
I pushed him away but he didn't move
"why are you so scared baby" he asked a rhetorical question and hummed kissed my forehead one last time walking into his closet
