I sat at my desk

Luna was probably away at the mistress's palace getting ready with heather.

She must be freaked out right now

All these new beauty routines

All these new faces

A whole marriage that she didn't even want

A part of me knew I was selfish

A part of me knew that I wanted this marriage to happen

A reason to keep her by my side

I found myself waking up each night realizing that luna could leave or be gone the very next morning and I hated it

The sun was coming through the curtains illuminating her figure

Her round face and the way her belly rolled over itself gave her a soft and stunning beauty not many women had

" I have loved you since I first laid eyes on you kai and I don't care that you are seen as a bloody prince of a beast. I will stand by your side because you don't do any wrong in my eyes. I have studied and followed your work on the battlefield and I am ready to stand beside you as your wife"

She stood to her feet taking steps towards me

"What do you know about this girl anyway. Isn't it amazing how she just shows up in front of you in the middle of a war? She could be after the thrown she could even be the rebels, puppet girl!"
