Erin:
Because Erin's love for John was so strong, a year later, she died. No matter what he did, she believed that John would change. And because Erin thought that he would change, she was stabbed to death, 42 times. John was sentenced to 25 years with second degree murder.
Ciel:
Ciel continues to live on, helping women who suffered or are still sufferring from abuse, rape, and distress. Her abuse program is called Sky Blue's Freedom, anyone from the ages of 14 and up are welcome. She still tries to contact Erin, not knowing that she is deceased.
