Maya wandered around the mansion, studying every corner with an awe.

" Maya! Are you done? I'm really tired. " Vikram whined as she dragged him along.

" Just that one room. " She pointed at the room on her left, old and dusty. Untouched.

She dragged him to that corner, she was about to open the door, " Don't you dare to. "

She turned back, startled.

" Ms. —" He gasped seeing her face.

" Mahi? " He whispered, bewildered.

" Maya. " She corrected.

" Ma—Maya. Don't you dare to open this door. " He said.

She nodded, " May I know who you are? "

" Sameer Singh Rajput. " He said.

She bowed and so did Vikram, " Sorry sir. "

Sameer Singh Rajput, was the only Royal heir of Jaipur.

Vikram and Maya rushed back to their allotted rooms.

Maya :
Wasn't that room quite weird?
7 : 30 p.m.

Vikram :
Must be. The way that old man stopped us. 🙄
8 : 00 p.m.

Maya :
He's the king. Respect? 🧐
8 : 01 p.m.

Vikram :
Respect? My foot! I don't get good vibes from him.

Within few minutes, he opened the door feeling the violent knock.

" Yah! What happened? " Vikram asked letting out a small chuckle.

" I found something. " Maya jumped in excitement.

" What? "

" Follow me. " Maya said, walking to the same room on the first floor.

" Entry is prohibited. Don't you remember the king of saying it? " He crooked his brows in confusion.

" I know. Not in the room. See there " She pointed to the small door beside it.

" What's that? " He asked.

" I don't know. Come. " She said, taking silent steps towards the door.

" Fine. " He followed her.

" Students! Down in the dining hall now. " They heard the announcement.

Maya stomped her feet in frustration groaning she walked down with him.

Every time she tries to reach the door, she stops her. Little did they knew the peace before storm.

" Maya. Mahi. Mahi. Maya. Is she back? No way! She's dead. 15 years ago. " He kicked the table, crashing it down to the cold floor making a loud thud.

Thanks to the soundproof rooms, the sound wasn't audible outside as loud it was.

" Your majesty, Mr. Raval is here. " The maid bowed.

" Ask him to wait in Hall, I'll be there. " He said.
