"Aether! Wake up!"

"Stop it! I'm already awake," The Traveler replied."anyway what's the ruckus?" He asked looking at so many people walking on the Liyue.

"Oh, today is the rite of Descension, it... 

Before she could say more he cut her off.

"Rex Lapiz...I see. Today is the day, huh," he said with a hint of malice in his voice. "Uhmm, I know you want to get revenge but I guess that can wait hehe," she said.

"Your right. I'm still weaker," he admits.

"No! That's not what I mean! If you fight him then the people of Liyue will hate you and your reputation in Monstadt will also vanish and most importantly the whole Teyvat will...

"STOP!" He shouted as Paimon stayed quiet.

"I know all of that, but I do not care. All I need is to dispose of all Archons nothing else. I swear I won't hurt the humans." He said before departing and following the crowd as Paimon followed.

"Aether...

After going through the crowd walking to the plaza. Both Paimon and Aether saw the Liyue Qixing. "Ah! The Liyue Qixing! Liyue is governed by a committee of seven merchants and business professionals that specialize in the commerce and trade sectors. The Qixing's job is to carry out the policies of the Geo Archon Morax and oversee the nation of Liyue's day-to-day governance."

"The Rite of Descension is performed by one of the Qixing every year. During this ritual, the Geo Archon appears in his dragon-qilin form in front of the people and makes predictions about Liyue's business trends for the coming year."

Paimon then suggested Aether to makes a wish since today is the best day for wishes to be heard. Aether doesn't believe in this, but he will still do it for her sister.

He wishes he could reunite with his sister without any bloodshed from both side. He possesses too much malice now but he is still the Aether that we know. A good and kind man. But that doesn't mean that he won't lift a finger at those people who hurt the weak.

When he is done wishing, a voice can be heard in the middle of the plaza as he and Paimon get in there too. "The Hour is upon us," the girl also known as the Tianquan of Liyue Qixing said as she levitate 4 rocks around her body as Geo stones circulated around her.

She extends her arm to the big Stove figure in the middle of the plaza. It is 4 times bigger and 8 times wider than a man. The rock then hit the four sides of the stove as a Geo-light surrounded it extending to the sky.

"Hey, Aether! It's the same as yours!" Paimon yelled in amazement. "Yeah," he replied.
A tornado is then generated in the sky shocking the people since this is not how it works.

The Tianquan looked seriously as suddenly the sky roared and a dragon fell at them. Rex lapiz Qilin form has fallen. The people around are murmuring at each other as to what the heck happened.

"We need to leave, Paimon," Aether suggests. "eh! But I want to watch more!" She childishly said. Suddenly before they could take a step outside. "Rex Lapix has been killed! Seal the Exit!!" The Tianquan ordered as hundreds of soldiers poured in all entrances making the people of Liyue get into a panic.

"What should we do now we're trapped!" Paimon panicked seeing hundreds of Millelith inspecting every people around but suddenly their eyes fall on Aether and the flying fairy since out of all of them they are the most suspecting character around, knowing that they are new.

"Ae-aether! They are looking at us! No! They are moving! They are moving! What should we do!" Paimon shouted in panic as the Millelith get near him and then gather as he just stayed calm and talked.

"I guess you got the wrong person. We are just watching the Rite of Descension nothing else," he said but the Millelith didn't even listen. "Arrest them! We will interrogate them into the HQ!"

Aether jump back. "Hey! I said we didn't do anything were innocent!" He shouted. "shut up brat and just come with us"

"And what if I don't?" Aether seriously said as he summon his dull blade. "Aether! We need to go now! Talking to them is useless!"

He looked at Paimon and asked. "how?" Paimon then looked around noticing that they can't run away "ehehe," Paimon nervously laughs knowing that it will be a 100% win for him.

Before the Millelith attack, the Tianquan arrived on time. "What's happening here?" She asked as she looked at the Traveler and the flying companion.

"Ma'am, these two are new in Liyue so we suspect them of killing Rex Lapiz," the chief Millelith said.

"Young man, please come with us. We will just do a bit of interrogation," she smiled but aether stated. "why? It is already obvious that I didn't kill Rex Lapiz. I'm on the ground while the dragon is up there, so how am I supposed to kill him? You suspecting me is useless. You got the wrong person"

"You!" Chief Millelith gets angry but the Tianquan stopped him. "Your right but we need to at least make sure to...

Before she could finish Aether said "I don't like wasting my time and I have many more important things to do. so goodbye," He said as he turn around and slowly walked to the exit.

"Arrest him!" The Tianquan ordered while Paimon is in panicked as she flew away and hide above the tree worried about Aether but she knows that there was nothing to be worried about.

"It can't be helped then," Aether thought as every Millelith attack him at once, but he easily knock every last one of them. His hit is too strong that even their spear gets destroyed in just a single swing as well as their armor.

In just a minute almost 70 of the Millelith already fall forcing the Tianquan to take action. Before he could escape after knocking everyone on his way, he sense several rocks in all directions coming at him at a very fast speed.

With his instinct, he easily dodges 15 of the rocks while deflecting almost 27 of them. None of them hit him surprising everyone in the area as the Tianquan generated a huge aura and hit him with full force while he is busy dodging the others.

"AETHER!" Paimon shouted. The Tianquan then ordered the rest of the remaining Millelith to arrest him but they all get knocked out. They didn't see anything at all. Before Tianquan could react, he is already behind her.

"Your strength tells that you're the one who killed Rex Lapiz," the Tianquan says. "just like I said I'm innocent!" and with that, the Tianquan falls down knockout.

"No..way" the people are now starting to murmur.

"Aether!" Paimon runs to him worriedly. "I'm fine now so you don't need to worry," he reassures making Paimon sigh in relief.

Suddenly a violent lightning strike hit the ground. Good thing he dodges on time.

"Another one?" He asked as the lightning disappear and it revealing a purple-haired woman with car ears Ponytail. I could hear the crowd cheering at her.

"I can't forgive you," she said seeing the casualties he deal with.
