His Seduction

Chapter 54.

The furious tapping of keys rung in his ear and though he tried to fight it, Riley was ripped from his peaceful slumber.

Opening his eyes just a crack Riley took in the sight of his daddy, who was leaning against the headboard typing away on his laptop. Every few seconds he would check his phone, then some papers on the bedside table.

Noticing that his daddy was very busy Riley slipped out of the bed along with Nikki and sleepily before dragging himself to his own bedroom.

As soon as his head hit the pillow he was out again.

Again he was awoken with the sound of someone typing. With a small whimper he turned away from the sound trying to block it out, but soon sat up groggily.

"Daddy"

He whined turning to Nikolai who paused in the middle of his work to look at his angel.

"Yes, baby"

"Noisy" 

"I'm so sorry dove"

"I left your room so you could have space to work and so I could sleep in peace"
Though he was whining he moved closer to the older and latched unto his body.

"Oh, but without my favourite little boy, daddy can't focus"
Riley blushed and stuffed his face into Nikolai's side.
"But if it's really bothering you then I'll go"

"N-no, I'm awake now"

The older chuckled whilst running a hand through the little's hair.

"Are you hungry?"

"Yes, I'll make breakfast"
Riley shot up excitedly.

"No I-"

"Pwease daddy I can do it"

"Whining and pouting?"

Nikolai raised a brow at his antics, promising a punishment if he kept up that behaviour.

"Sorry daddy, but I really wanna do this for you"

"Okay, but I'll come with you"

"No, it's a surprise. You can stay and keep working"

Nikolai really didn't want his baby to be left alone in the kitchen, especially after seeing the cut on his finger from the last time the younger was cooking.

"How about I sit by the island with my laptop? I won't even really be paying attention"

Noticing the worry in his lover's eyes, Riley agreed hesitantly but soon flew up at the thought of cooking. He had lived by himself in France and so he eventually had to learn how to make his own food. 

At first, he was so bad he could burn water, but after almost an entire year of trying he finally got to the point where he could make three course meals for himself, still with a few mishaps here and there.

It was fun to learn especially since he was all alone, he needed hobbies and cooking was just the challenge he was looking for.

"Come on daddy, you're too slow"

Riley exclaimed from the doorway to Nikolai who was still in the process of getting up.

"Little one if I have to remind you of your rules one more time we won't make it downstairs in time for breakfast"

The younger gulped before showing a nervous smile.

Maneuvering the laptop carefully Nikolai got to his feet, then pocketed his phone before following the excited little down the stairs and into the kitchen.
