//This is meant to take place in London, Set around the time of 1785. I do suppose this is a modern and non fantasy but it'll have exciting conflicts in it that gives it a fantasy vibe.
Unlike actual 1785 racial discrimination isn't much of a problem and lgbtq+ people are pretty much viewed as they are now. Not the best but better then back then.
If you can think of Sweeney Todd and Tim Burton films for references that's the vibe I'm going for.\\

Personality| Harlow may at first come across as cocky, arrogant, and a little bit self absorbed. Although they are a bit reckless when it comes to certain situations that's all just an act he wears with a smile and a wave. When one actually gets to know them their sensitive, laid-back, and good hearted. Most often their found charming and romantic by well, anyone. He's extremely witty and wild and hates being in one place, they've never 'settled down' and probably never will. Nobody can take this wild beast... or can they?

Backstory| Harlow was born to a poor family who didn't want them and was turned over to the orphanage within days of being born. The orphanage was a sad place and most never got out of it, it was poor and strict. Most kids caught diseases off the streets and brought them back, Since they were poor and sheltered it'd spread and most wouldn't survive. Harlow made it out of one of these outspreads and became one of the older orphans who took care of the younger ones. He's steal to eat and to provide for the young ones while also saving up for an escape.
Although something they became fond of was telling everyone stories before bedtime it was something everyone looked forward too.
At the age of twelve a hard winter arrived, everyone was sick and many young ones didn't make it. He did his best to try and get medicine but it was expensive stuff. Most people outside of the orphanage beloved it was the orphans who had cursed them if this sickness and banded together to burn it down. Harlow was in there when it happened, they hardly made it out alive and were the only one. After that they made their way across the sea traveling and trying to survive his cursed past.
