Ben pulled up the North Hills shopping mall and surprisingly found a park close to the entrance. Once he parked he turned to look at Miranda, " We are going to spend the day shopping until your heart is content and then we will go have a romantic dinner later tonight," Ben said calmly with a slight smile on his face.

Ben jumped out the car and went to the other side to open the door for Miranda. He took her hand and helped her out of the car. They held hands as they walked into the mall and Miranda sighed happily. She loved the feeling of having not just anyone but someone she knew loved her deeply. Especially because she hadn't felt it this deep in love since they were in love the first time.

"Okay Miranda wherever you want to shop at lead the way and I'm just paying for it," Ben said smoothly.

Miranda squeezed his hand tight and leaned her body into him as they continued to walk. Miranda stopped at a few stores and Ben helped her pick out outfits, shoes and jewelry for work.

"Okay Miranda now you have to pick out something that's for our dates and nothing that has to do with work," Ben scolded playfully as he shock his head.

Miranda looked and him pursed her lips and rolled her eyes, "fine," she dragged out.

Miranda found a cute glittery t-shirt, mom jeans and sandals. Then Ben picked out a flowy dress and a workout outfit. Miranda furrowed her brows a little, "hmmm what are we going to be doing that will cause me to need workout clothes?" Miranda inquired with her hand on her hip.

"I can't tell you but I promise you will enjoy it," Ben said kissing her cheek as he grabbed the clothes and headed to the cash register.

"Mmm hmm, so you say, I am not as fond of outdoors like I use to be." Miranda told him.

Ben sat as Miranda tried on dresses for their date that night. When she came out in a black short sleeve, silky wrap dress that came down just at her knees Ben just stared in awe at how gorgeous she looked.

"Miranda you look gorgeous, I love it," Ben told her.

"Thank you, I love it too. Well now we need to find something for you to wear," Miranda said.

Miranda did the same as Ben and sat while he tired on a outfit. Ben came out in a baby blue button up and black slacks. Miranda clenched her thighs, Ben looked good in everything that he wore and this was no different.

"Ben you look so handsome," Miranda said standing up and touching his waist as she stood on her tip toes to kiss his lips.

An associate walked by and smiled from watching their interaction. "You two are so cute. Y'all have somewhere special to be tonight?" the young girl asked.

Miranda turned and smiled as Ben wrapped his arm around her waist. "Yes I'm taking her out on a date because we've been apart for awhile," Ben explained.

"Awwww that's nice, how long have y'all been together?" the associate asked.

"Hmmm well we—" Miranda hesitated.

"We've been together since we were 15 years old and we're 50 years old now," Ben said confidently.

"Wow that's amazing, I wish I could find love like that. It seems almost impossible now to find someone decent to be in love with," the associate shared.

"Sweetheart don't give up, the right one will come along and love you just how you deserve to be loved. And the time you've had to wait will suddenly not matter so much," Miranda encouraged the girl.

"Thank you and y'all have fun on your date," the associate said before walking to help a customer.

Once again Ben paid for their clothes and they grabbed some lunch and left the mall. Ben drove back to Miranda's house and by the time he got there Miranda was asleep. Ben smiled because he loved how beautiful and peaceful she looked. Ben quickly took all the bags in the house before going back out to the car and scooping Miranda up and taking her in the house.
