Chapter 38 Whose The Best Ever

That evening the Loud sisters were in Lori and Leni's room as the girls listen to how Luan managed to be the second member of the Loud family to be forgiven by their estranged brother Lincoln.

Luan: After his training and him handing his dirty gym laundry to Lynn to wash
The other girls started laughing even Lucy and Lisa burst out laughing
Lynn Jr: ( Growls) He's gonna pay for this when I spar him again tomorrow.
Luan: I took him out to Rockers and he aired out his grievances about my him April fool's day pranking and it got ugly very fast but the situation calmed down quickly too as I apologized for all that and promised to be the best sister he ever had

The other sisters felt offended and glared at their movie star sibling

Lori: Luan your not even close to him like me
Lana: Says the woman who used to use him as a foot stool I'm the sister he loves the most hands down!
Lola: No I'm the one who loves Lincoln more than all of you
Leni: No that's me!
Lucy: In your dreams Leni as he's closer to me than any of you
Lily: That's rich as far as I know he still hates all of you I'm the only one he loves
Lisa: Incorrect our sole brother shares the most affection to me
Lynn Jr: Girls none of you are as close to him as...

All the girls: Lynn Shut up we all know even you know that your the most hated and least loved in the family by Lincoln!!!

Lynn zips it.

Luna: Dudes we all know I'm the closest to him among all of you  it's no contest and we are getting off track Luan finish your redemption story

Luan: After our lunch date we had fun and talked about movies and guess what he actually is open to working with me on a movie in the future

All the girls: Wow so there is hope after all

Meanwhile with Lincoln's kids 5 of them are outside Lori and Leni's room listening in on their conversation about their father

Chris: At least that clown Luan didn't prank dad while they were out I should have went with and spied on them
Liberty: As if your "spying" would've went undetected your missions always fail

( Flashback)

Chris sneaking past Christina to get to some cookies and just as he was about to grab them
Lincoln: Son what are you doing?
Chris: ( Gasped) Nothing dad!
Lincoln just smiles at him
Lincoln: In my office now!
Chris ( Gulps)

( Flashback over)

Chris: That was years ago Liberty I'm better now
Liberty and Diana roll their eyes
Brandon: Anyway I honestly hope that they are genuinely sorry and really do want to get better as dad's only giving them one chance to make things right so they could be his parents and sisters again and if they screw up that one chance then they have lost him forever
Jackson: Actually bro, God gave them this one chance
Diana: Good I don't like this family one bit they better not try anything stupid on dad though
Liberty: Yeah I agree with you sis dad had very good reasons why he wanted nothing to do with them and keeping us out of their lives
Brandon: Yeah am I the only sibling who wants dad to bury the hatchet with them yes I agree that what they did was disgusting and horrible but it was 20 years ago and surely they learned their lesson since then right
Chris: Bro the fact that they did this in the first place is why I'm doubting their chances, me under any circumstances I wouldn't have kicked any of you guys out of the house or my future children years later for any reason especially the garbage reason of being bad luck

Dave, Rocky and Hannah showed up and overheard their cousins conversation

Rocky: Chris that's not good
Chris: What do you mean cuz?
Rocky: It's not good to hold all that  Brandon is right y'all should be also be engaging with the family like your father and mother so that it's easier to forgive when the time comes
Liberty: I know forgiveness is important and all but what if they hurt him again
Hannah: There's a Very small chance of that happening dude in the unlikely category but if it does you'll be right but if it doesn't you'll be hating them for no reason as if your father forgives them then it's over
Ashley: Just give them a chance to prove themselves little cousins and you'll see their not that bad
Chris: Ok I'll give them a chance to redeem themselves
Liberty: me too although I'll be keeping an eye on them
Diana: Same here

Meanwhile back with the sisters Lori told the girls her plan
Lori: I'll be taking him out over the weekend with Carol Pingrey he said he's fine with it
Lola: That's great

Meanwhile with Bruno Martin

The seemingly unstoppable champion was currently reading the newspaper in between training in particular the sport sections  which were talking about him and they showed a picture of him destroying Carl Williams and next to it they said that Bruno Martin is arguably the greatest heavyweight champion of all time as he has knocked out everyone he's been in the ring with, he's a very avoided fighter and everyone in the division is scared of him he's only fought professionally for 10 years and yet it seems like he's fought forever and already he's getting comparisons with legendary dominant Heavyweight champions before him like for example Jack Johnson, Jack Dempsey, Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano, Sonny Liston, Joe Frazier, George Foreman, Floyd Patterson and Muhammad Ali among other greats from yesteryears
with some notable mentions of Larry Holmes and Mike Tyson thrown in as well from today, Some boxing writers and historians belive Martin would've beat most of if not all these men above in their primes while in his prime as they can't see any fighter in the near future beating him another writer quoted Hope Loud has got life insurance as he will need it, another writer said quote Bruno Martin please let Lincoln Loud live obviously you'll win the fight but for God's sake please let the man stay alive after your done with him he's been through enough already in his life

Martin snickered maniacally as prepares for what will be his career defining victory in history

Lincoln was at the gym with Teddy atlas and was laughing at the paper about what they said about Bruno Martin
Lincoln: This guy will destroy me yeah right he can't jab he has no footwork he's flat footed and can barely box he's just a drunk brawler swinging his arms arms like a windmill in his fights he won't last 8 rounds with me

Teddy atlas: But he actually did beat you once remember and look at the ATGs they put next to him ( today's fighters included)  your nowhere to be found but they put Tyson and Holmes there
Lincoln got irritated by the lack of respect by the boxing writers and historians with the career he has he should also be in the conversation of whose the greatest heavyweight of all time with The likes of Louis, Marciano, Ali, Holmes etc not being cast aside like a bum
Lincoln: I'll make those writers remember me as an All Time Great they didn't against Holmes, they didn't against Tyson or even Dokes but they will against Martin after I've knocked him out
Teddy Atlas: That's the Warrior I want to see

AN: Done things are tense in the Loud House and now Martin is being praised by the press as The best heavyweight ever or at least one of the best ever but Lincoln with his iconic career so far ain't rated or listed by them do you guys think it's unfair?
