Chapter 19 No Easy Way Out

6 July 1987

All The Louds were getting ready for Lincoln's return as they got started in preparing a welcome home party and with Lynn Jr she was getting herself in shape as she wanted to help her brother train for his epic match, right now she was at the gym lifting weights and running on the treadmill

Meanwhile with Lynn's only son Dave as his mother was preparing to meet with her brother, he was excited at the possibility of having a male role model in the family because other than granddad and up until a few years ago greatgranddad he was surrounded by women in his immediate family members to look up to but now in a few days he'll meet his long lost uncle and get to hear his side of the story as well as hopefully mend this broken family, in middle school he was academically gifted and he was also still awesome in sports as he won juniorbowel league trophy in 1985 and has a green belt in karate while her mother has her famous black belt, Dave has been living in Lynn Jr's shadow for the longest time  but he's now finding ways out of it since he broke some of his mother's records in national and international tournaments but they are still some that remain standing long after she left school.

Meanwhile with Luna she was watching tv at home it was a rare moment to be in the Loud House and not be fighting over who watches television as she was watching one of Mic Swaggers concerts in London in the summer of 1978, it was still one of Luna's favourite concerts as she continued watching

Meanwhile with The Twins both Lola and Lana were currently in their room in the middle of a conversation involving Lanas love life

Lola: I know you love Steve, Lans but you can't cheat on Joseph, that's wrong very wrong
Lana: Joseph is sweet and caring but Steve is hot and I mean smoking hot, so what am I supposed to do?
Lola: I would stick to the good boy Lana if I were you, Believe me bad boys are a disaster waiting to happen and it won't be pretty

Meanwhile with Lori and Leni both were also in their rooms with Kim and one of Lori's kids downstairs in Diego while Ashley was gone with Lynn Sr and Logan, Luan's son, the two were doing different things as Lori was busy on her phone, Leni was knitting, she finished the gloves and decided to knit him some boxing trunks, socks and shoes as well as a robe to complete the boxer look

Lori: So Leni, what are you doing as you have been knitting all day today?
Leni: It originally started with knitting a pair of boxing gloves for our brother but then I decided to knit him the whole boxer set, hopefully he'll wear them
Lori: That sounds like a great idea and I also wanna help him with some other things
Leni: What type of things?
Lori: I don't know yet but I'll figure something out
Kim: Mommy So when is uncle Lincoln coming?
Leni: Either tomorrow or the day after honey
Kim: Ok that's good

Kim had grown up since 1982 as she was now a very cute 5 year old with blonde hair and an interest in art, she performed well at kindergarten and next year she'll be in the first grade hopefully she'll adapt although Leni never wanted Kim to know about what happened between her and brother and would put a stop to the conversation if she started asking questions about the black and white pictures of the white haired boy whenever they visited and the other adult members of the Loud house also wanted to tell Kim the truth but her older cousins who knew the truth did pull her aside once and told her everything they heard from Lily 7 years ago and then after hearing these news Kim did confront her mother, aunts and grandparents and was very mad at them for doing that horrible act, whenever

Meanwhile with Rocky and Hannah Luna's kids they were in their room as Hannah was now playing with her dolls in bed while her half brother Rocky was on the ground playing with his action figures

Hannah had grown in leaps and bounds as now she was 12 years old and was doing well in school although everyone was trying to be friend only because of who her mother was, but she did have some real friends and she was a former elementary school hall monitor and now she was adapting well to middle school as a freshman and although it's challenging she is coping
