Chapter Three

I got out of the car. 

Taehyung grabbed my hand and we took off. He ran faster and faster, until I couldn't keep up. My hand slipped from his as he sped up towards the main road.

My heart was pounding and my legs ached. I started walking, inhaling the cold breeze of the night.

"What are you doing?"

"Ahhhhhh!" I stumbled back and stared at him. A second ago, he was at least 5 meters away from me. Now he's standing in front of me, with eyes full of impatience.

"H-how did you do that?!" I was shocked. He grinned.

"Watch out!" He grabbed my arm and pushed me away.

I flew far away. I didn't know Taehyung's strength would be like this. Is he perhaps like the others we've encountered. 

Is he not human, too?

I stood up and saw Taehyung fighting the vampire. Oh, crap. And he was losing. It had him on the ground, his hands around Taehyung's throat.

"Why are you protecting a mere human? I don't see any mark on her that means she can be anyone's meal." His grip tighten. "And when I say anyone, I mean mine!"

I saw how Taehyung was desperately trying to fight back. I need to do something and help. 

I instantly marched over and swung my purse in the vampire's head. He glared at me.

Me being the distraction was enough for Taehyung to escaped from his grab. But he didn't bothered. Instead, the vampire grabbed me and choked my throat.

He lift me up off my feet as I stared at him in shock. Then he pulled me down until my face was near his. 

He sloppily inhaled. "You smell delicious."

I groaned and tried punching him. Heck, he didn't even flinch.

"Let her go!" Taehyung wrapped his arm around the vampire's neck and pulled hard. But he still didn't let go of me.

A deep, haunting moan was then heard. I looked at my side and there he is.

"Hereeee.." said the zombie. "To saveee youuuu." 

He smiled. At least that was I think he did. His mouth was mostly gone, some of it is already rotting. 

I breathed through my mouth, but the stench made my eyes water. The zombie twisted the vampire's head. I heard it snapped. Oh, God!

The vampire then let me go. But he didn't dropped me, instead he threw off.

"Jisoo!" Taehyung shouted.

Once again, I flew to the air. Higher and faster. As I fall to the ground. I felt my back hurt a lot. As I try to stand up, I felt relieved when I felt that my none of my bones broke or such.

"Are you okay?" His eyes full of concern.

"Y-yeah, I guess so." I answered, still feeling the pain of my back.

His hand took mine. I felt warm even though his hand is not. We looked at each other for a long time. 

I watched how his eyes looked at my lips. I blushed and unconsciously licked my lips.

"Hellooooooo.." The zombie then walked towards us. He was dragging the vampire by his feet. Why was he not protesting? I looked down and saw the vampire's head rolling towards our feet.

The vampire was glaring at us. "I will fucking kill all of you!" It was groaning  in frustration. 

I jumped a little. "Why isn't he dead!?"

"The head needs to be sever completely in order for him to be dead." Taehyung explained. I grimaced. 

I closed my eyes and sighed. I still can't believe what's happening to me right now!

"Are you sure you're okay?" Taehyung asked, concerned look in his eyes.

"I- Yeah, I'm good." I lied. I really wasn't. This was all happening so fast. 

My mind can't keep up. I glanced at the zombie again. "Why did we run away from him? He was harmless."

Taehyung grimaced. "He just. He creeps me out."

I exhaled deeply. "Yeah. Right." I hold my temple. I'm getting dizzy from all this.

"Jisoo?" He went near me. "You sure you're all right? You look pale."

I scoffed. "Yeah. You should talk" I glare at him. "Don't tell me you're a vampire, too?"

He nodded. "Yes." He admitted. Oh, fuck.

Damn! I hit the paranormal jackpot. I can't wait to see my parents face when they hear about this. Remembering my parents, my eyes widened. "I need to get to my parents! I need to-"

"Loooook, Aboooove uuuuus!" I was interrupted by the zombie. We all look up and I swear, my eyes have never widen ever since.

Two dragons fighting above the sky. And both we're on fire.
