Chapter 6 - Fate brought us together

First day of school

"Pikachuuuuu!!" Pikachu cried out as he unleashed a bolt of electricity.

"Aaaaahhhh," Ash screamed as he got electrocuted by Pikachu.

Ash fell to the ground from his bed and he was covered in black soot.

"What was that for Pikachu?" Ash shouted at Pikachu.

"Pika Pikachu!" Pikachu points at the clock which is ringing.

"Oh, it's 6.00. Why did I have to wake up so early?" Ash muttered while he stopped the alarm. "On second thought, why did I set the alarm for 6.00?"

"Because it's the first day of school," Mom spoke out as she entered my room.

"School?"

"You should get ready because you don't want to be late for your first day of school."

"What?" Ash finally realised that today is the first day of school then he quickly jumped and ran to the bathroom to take a shower.

Pikachu fell to the ground in anime style.

He brushes his teeth and takes a shower.

Ash wore a black t-shirt and a blue jacket with a white outline, blue jeans, and black shoes. He then put his favourite red cap with a Pokeball design on it in white.

After getting ready he went downstairs.

He enters the kitchen and saw Dawn is already there, and mom is putting plates on the table.

"Pika!" Pikachu is on the table and pouring ketchup on his pancakes.

"Good morning!" Dawn said in a cheerful tone as she noticed me entering the kitchen.

"Good morning," Ash said as I sat down in the chair.

"Pikachu, stop! don't add too much ketchup." Dawn shouted as Pikachu started to pour ketchup on her pancake.

"Where is Gary?" Ash asked.

"He already left for school," Dawn replied

Ash looked at the clock and it was 7.10.
"This early, but why? School starts at 8.am."

"I don't know," Dawn shrugged her shoulders.

After breakfast

"So are you two excited for the first day of school?" Delia asked.

"Yeah, I can't wait to learn more about Pokemon,"

"Yup, totally because this will be a new experience for me," Dawn said.

"Hurry up! It's already 7.30 and you need to catch a bus. The school will start at 8 am." Mom said.

"Ready to go, Dawn," I asked as I grabbed my backpack.

"Yup," Dawn said.

"Come on! Pikachu, we need to go."

Pikachu quickly jumped on my shoulder.

"Pikachu, you are excited about school," I asked my buddy.

"Pika?" Pikachu cheered.

"Pikachu sure looks happy," Dawn said as she petted Pikachu's head.

We walk outside of the house and after a 5-minute walk, we arrive at the bus stop.

"Now, we need to wait for the bus," Dawn muttered and sat on the bus stand.

After 2 minutes, the bus arrived, and we entered the bus.
