Today is Sasha's birthday and I decided to give her a little relaxing dinner at the house with family and a few friends. I threw some food on the grill and Sasha's mom made all the salads. Her mom has been a big help around the house. I have a surprise for Sasha that I know she would love. I have to pick it up at 3:00 so I had to head out.
I drove an hour away to get Sasha a golden poodle. She's been wanting a dog so bad for so long. The drive back the dog was on my lap the whole time.
When I arrived back at the house I hid the puppy until later. I walked in the kitchen and everyone was in there talking.
"Where is Sasha?"
"She's still getting ready, you know she takes 300 years." Sasha mom said.
"Trust me I know." I went upstairs to see what was taking Sasha so long. When I went into the room she was sitting on the bed.
"Sasha?"
"Hmm?"
"What's wrong baby why aren't you dressed?"
"Nothing i was just thinking about something. Where did you go?"
"I had to pick up something but everyone is waiting for you downstairs."
"Ok here I come."
I walked out the room and as soon as I went downstairs Ava and Ace was walking in with Aaliyah.
"What's up y'all!" I gave my brother some daps and went straight to my niece.
"Let me get here before Sasha tries to take over."
"Y'all are a mess." Ava laughed.
I picked up Aaliyah from her car seat and she was smiling already. She is so adorable and happy. I only see her cry when she's hungry. Everybody came up to talk to her and she was all smiles. When Aaliyah is here all the attention is on here. She knows it too.
"I can't wait until I have more grandchildren." My mom said looking at me. I shook my head and walked away. She already know how I feel about having kids. She's been trying to convince me to change my mind for the longest.
"Oh my god! Why didn't y'all tell me my niece was here!" I heard from behind me. I turned and seen Sasha. She had on a sun dress. My pants suddenly got tight around my crotch area. She was wearing a similar dress like she wore to my 18th birthday party. She came over and took Aaliyah right out my hands.

"You look beautiful." She looked at me and smiled.
"Thank you." I gave her a kiss and whispered in her ear. "You know how a get when you wear dresses, expect not to have feeling in your legs tomorrow." She looked at me with a smirk.
She walked away talking to Aaliyah as usually. She loved her so much. Seeing Sasha with Aaliyah made me want to change my mind but I don't know why I just couldn't. It's a fear of mine. I would kill myself if anything ever happened to my child or Sasha. I can tell she gets sad when people talk about having babies.
