(POV: Bas has an anxiety attack in his room but has learnt how to calm himself most of the time...)
*Bas starts trying to steady out his breathing as he slides down the door of his dorm room.*
Bas: Don't cry.
Bas: I'm 16 assignments behind.
Bas: I'm running late but it's fine.
Bas: Just don't cry.
Bas: Don't cry.
Bas: He hurt your feelings but it's alright.
Bas: He didn't know that your sensitive.
Bas: At your breaking point.
Bas: He's insensitive.
Bas: That's not the point.
Bas: Just don't cry.
Bas: Let's pretend we see blue skies.
Bas: Let's pretend we're alright.
Bas: Won't fall apart.
Bas: Cause we're all good.
Bas: No need to restart.
Bas: Just don't cry....
*He finishes calming himself down and grabs his bag and runs to class.*
Mrs. Eve: Where have you been Sebastian. You are 20 minutes late.
Bas: Sorry Mrs. Eve, my doctor called and it was really important.
Mrs. Eve: Fine seeing as you have only ever been late once before I will let it slide.
*Bas walks over and sets by Thad who nudges him.*
Bas: Hmm?
Thad: You alright mate? You look awful, are you sick?
Bas: I'm fine. Just got carried away with work last night and am running on 1 hour of sleep.
*As Bas is easily lying to Thad he internally sighs knowing he will never feel comfortable announcing his anxiety to anyone.*
