Capes

You stood in your and Lando's room trying on a couple of his capes. Lando's capes were his pride and joy and he had never let you even try them on. Lando was downstairs, probably gambling, while you stood, trying on his different capes in the mirror.

"I love this one" you murmured, swishing it slightly and watching the beautiful blue fabric move.

"It is one of my favourites" Lando said. You jumped looking around and seeing Lando leaning against the door frame.

"Lando '' you said in surprise, starting to take it off. Lando smirked, coming toward you and stopping your hands.

"It looks better on you love" he said smirking, lifting your head up and planting a kiss to your lips. "keep it"

"Really?" you asked, grinning in surprise.

"Of course" he said, sitting down on the sofa and signing for you to join him.

"So what did you win?" you asked, smiling.

"A couple hundred credits or so and a two-point three per cent share in the empire's trade exploits" Lando said with pride, a cocky smirk on his face.

"Well done love" you said, grinning. You rested your head against his shoulder and Lando pulled you closer, resting his head against yours.

"One day you should teach me Sabacc" you said.

"and learn all my secrets and beat me at my own game?" he teased.

"Maybe just the basics" you said back. "I'll let you do all the big winning"

Lando chuckled, kissing your head and pulling you closer. "I would love to teach you" he murmured, taking a deck out of his pockets and taking the cards out of the pack, explaining how to play the high stakes card game.
