November 15th Wayne Manor 19:30
The Wayne and Kent families were gathered together in the Manor looking after the twins while Damian and Jon were in the hospital. They were all sitting and or standing in the living room and they hadn't heard from them at all in the past few hours that they had been in the hospital.
"How much longer do you think they will be" Tim asked
"It will take as long as it takes" Selina replied
"Maybe the child has already been born and they are just taking some time alone with the baby Master Timothy" Alfred stated
"Maybe we should call them" Jason suggested
"No, if I was called when Kori was giving birth or after she had I wouldn't have been happy, now imagine that but on Damian level" Dick stated
"I wouldn't have allowed Zack to hurt any of you, because I would have murdered you if you called" Helena said looking over at Zack holding their month old son Oliver
"That's enough talk about hurting or killing someone over a phone call, let's change the subject" Clark suggested
Next the doorbell rang and Elinor's head shot around
"Dada" she stated
"No probably not, I'll go answers it" Helena said
Helena was gone for about five and a half minutes before returning with a beaming smile on her face
"Why are you so happy" Lara questioned
"It's a boy" Helena said
"What's a boy" Zack asked
"Mine and Jon's new baby" Damian replied from behind his sister
"Damian you're here and you didn't call" Bruce exclaimed
"I brought donuts if that helps, they were Jon's idea I'm not taking credit" Damian replied
"It does" Jason stated
"So can we see pictures" Lois asked
"Yeah sure here" Damian replied handing over his phone
As the phone was passed around they all looked at the baby in awe
"So what name did you settle on" Bruce asked
"David Alfred Wayne-Kent" Damian replied
"I shall say that is an excellent name Master Damian" Alfred said
"Dada" Thomas and Elinor babbled as they crawled toward Damian
"Did you two behave yourselves" Damian asked
The two year olds just nodded looking up at their father
"Damian as always they were absolute angels, they are more like Jon in that regard thankfully" Selina said
"What's that supposed to mean" Damian asked
"Nothing son, nothing" Bruce said with a smirk
"Well I'm kind of tired and it's time to get these two to bed so I must be going" Damian stated
"Master Damian, I took the liberty of preparing your old room for you in case you wished to spend the night instead of driving home at this hour" Alfred stated
"Thank you Pennyworth, it would be far more sufficient and much smarter to stay here instead of driving this late" Damian replied
Because Damian was staying he sat down with the twins at his feet and they all had one big conversation before those who didn't live in the Manor bar Damian and the twins left and those that did went to bed.
"You two are sleeping with Daddy in the e big bed tonight" Damian said as he got into bed with a twin either side of him
"Woof, woof" Tommy cheered pointing at a television
"No woof, woof until tomorrow. It's sleepy time now" Damian said
"Want Dada" Elinor began
"I'm right here" Damian said
"No Dada" Elinor stated
"Dada is away in the hospital, you can see him tomorrow and your baby brother" Damian reassured
This went on for an hour, Thomas wanting to watch TV and Elinor looking for Jon while Damian had two separate conversations with both of them before they finally fell asleep. When they woke up the next morning they had breakfast and Damian talked with Selina, Bruce, Alfred and his siblings before leaving with the twins. He walked into the hospital and Jon's room with the twins holding his hands and waddling beside him.
"Look it's Dada" Damian said
"Dada" the twins cheered as they scurried towards Jon who was lying in the bed
"Hey you two I hope you were well behaved, come on up here" Jon said as he and Damian lifted them up beside him
"She was looking for you all night last night, he did for a minute but he mainly wanted to watch the television" Damian said kissing him
"I'm glad to hear one of them noticed I was gone" Jon laughed
"How is he" Damian asked walking towards David
"Dami, he is an angel. He didn't cry once, so far he has been better at sleeping then these two" Jon replied
"That's a win, less sleepless nights" Damian stated
"Yeah, how was everyone" Jon asked
"Fine, our parents will be up later to take the twins and Helena and Lara said they'd come tomorrow with Cassie" Damian answered
"Baba" Elinor babbled pointing at David in Damian's arms
"Yes that's your baby brother, say hi to David" Jon said ruffling her hair
"Hewwo" Elinor said waving
"Thomas, do you want to say hello" Damian asked sitting on the chair beside Jon bed
Thomas just sat there waving at the baby
"Do you want me to get you anything beloved" Damian asked
"Breakfast please" Jon replied
Damian handed David over to Jon before leaving the room to get Jon some breakfast, when he returned he had the twins sit on the couch in the room and he took David and sat beside them and let Jon eat in peace. After their parents arrived they took the twins home with them while Damian spent the whole day with Jon and David in the hospital.
