The Avery family, including Catherine and Richard, stand in the main hall. Ivy continuesly checks the kids bags to make sure they have everything for their stay with their grandparents, "Ivy, you've checked all of our bags 15 times between last night and right now. We've got to get going."

Catherine chuckles, "Shes a mother. Let her check the bags as many times as she wants to."

Ivy stops, taking a breath, "Okay. Babies, come here," the twins stand in front of their kneeling mother, "Daddy and I will only be gone for two days. If you need either of us, tell grandma or grandpa and they will call us. Can you two promise me to be on your best behavior and help out with Aurora like you do at home?"

"Yes, mommy!" They smile.

"Good. Give me a hug then go give your dad one," Ivy holds her arms open to accept the twins hug.

As they go say goodbye to Jackson, Ivy picks up Aurora and runs a finger along her cheek before turning to Catherine, "I know this is your guys home, but please don't fight in front of the twins. They are really into their mimicking phase right now. We found that out the hard way."

"I said I was sorry, mommy," Alexus sighs.

"Still, what's the new rule?"

"Don't say anything that daddy says when he's hurt or angry," the twins lazily say, crossing their arms.

"Thats right," Jackson takes Aurora as Ivy turns to hug Catherine, "Thank you for watching them. I'm sorry our trip to Chicago got moved. But we will go."

Catherine smiles, "I know. Now, I'll take real good care of your babies if you also take care of my baby."

Ivy nods, "Promise. I already have timers set to remind us to eat. I'll bring him back in the same way he is now."

"Well, he could be a little happier," Catherine suggests.

"Catherine! We're going there for a patient."

"I'm just...suggesting," she smiles.

Jackson joins them, "Suggesting what?"

The two women shake their head, "Nothing."

He looks between them, "Okay. Let's go then."

After another round of hugs and kisses, Jackson and Ivy are on their way to the plane, "Don't worry. You know the kids are in good hands with my mother."

"I know that. But their my babies. Most mothers worry about their children all the time," Ivy sighs, laying her head on Jacksons shoulder.

"Good mothers do. And your one of the best," Jackson smiles.

"Your sucking up to me," Ivy gasps.

He shakes his head, "Nope, I'm just stating a fact."

They arrive and quickly get on board. This is the first time Ivy is riding a plane since the crash and takes her spot next to Jackson, gripping his hand, "We'll be okay. I'm right here."

Ivy nods, "I know. Maybe I just want to hold your hand."

"Yeah, that could be true. If you weren't cutting off blood flow to my fingers."

Arriving at the Avery Hospital, Jackson helps Ivy out of the car where they are greeted by Dr. Corridan, "Welcome, welcome. Here are your charts. Dr. Avery, Dr. Shepherd-Avery. Wow, two Averys here," seeing the looks on Jackson and Ivys faces, he moves on, "A patient and a donor- two of them here together, same time, same day, perfect match...it's like winning the lottery."
