"Thank you." Amos squeaked. "Um, so. Ah! Here comes an interesting chapter. 'Diagon Alley' "

Harry and Hermione were walking through the streets of London with Hagrid when Harry suddenly remembered something important. "Um - Hagrid," he called.

"Hmm?" Hagrid asked.

"We haven't got any money... And you heard Uncle Vernon last night... He won't pay for us to learn magic." Harry voiced out his worry.

"He could take them to Gringotts." Fleamont said. "We have lots of money in our accounts. Enough money to last for the next five - six generations."

"Don't worry about that." Hagrid said. "D'yah think yer parents didn't leave yeh anything?"

"But if their house was destroyed-"

"They didn't keep their gold in the house, boy! Nah, first stop fer us is Gringotts. Wizard's Bank." Hagrid informed them.

"Wizards have banks?" Hermione asked, incredulous.

"Of course they have," Lucius said. "Where do you think they keep their gold and heirlooms. Stupid girl."

"Oi. Don't call my baby stupid, you stupid man." James said.

"What did you call me?" Lucius asked in a dangerous tone.

"Stupid." James replied with a smile on his face.

Before a fight could start, Dumbledore silenced them and gave them a look.

"Just the one. Gringotts. Run by goblins."

"Still got yer letter, yeh both?" Hagrid asked.

Harry took the parchment envelope out of his pocket.

"Good," Hagrid said. "There's a list there of everything yeh need."

Harry unfolded the second piece of paper he hadn't noticed the night before, and read:
