"Is she okay?" Asked Yeah-yeah.

                                           ●Yeah-yeah's POV●

I watched as Benny got on his knees and held her head in his lap.

I was nervous, she just came on our team. We cant loose her now..

"Someone get something with sugar!" Benny yelled.

Ham went to the dugout and pulled out a soda from his bag.

Ham ran back and gave it to Benny.
Benny lifted up y/n's head and poured some soda in her mouth.

"What if she chokes?!" Said Bertram.

"Oh man, I didn't think about that!" He yelled.

"Oh man, were in deep shit!" Yelled ham grabbing at his hair.

All of a sudden y/n started coughing.
She was gasping for air while clearly passed out.
I was going nuts, I couldn't do this!

"Somebody do something?! I screamed.

"Uhhh... uh .." benny was trying to think of what to do.

Benny flipped y/n on her stomach so she'd spit all the soda out.

Everyone was silent. We just watched as Benny tried to help y/n get the soda out of her mouth.

After all the soda was on the floor, Benny flipped her on her back and sat there staring at y/n.

"Should we get her mom?" Bertram asked terrified on what had just happened.

"That'd be a good idea!" Benny yelled.

Bertram started running when y/n woke up. "Wait!" Yelled Timmy. "Wait!" Repeated Tommy.

Y/n's eyes fluttered open. My mouth dropped, "Bertram come back! She's fine!" I yelled.

Bertram started jogging back, I noticed the way Benny was looking at her. He never stared at a girl this way... then again he never talked to any girl's in front of us.

At school, tons of girls are obsessed with him. I mean what's so good about him?! Who am I kidding, Benny's good looking, a good baseball player, and popular. That's why, why he'll have no trouble finding love. It's... it's a different story for me.

                                                    ●Back to your POV●

"Oww..." I said rubbing my neck.

"Are you okay?" Asked Benny helping me up off the floor.

"Uh... I think, I don't remember what happened." I said.

"You passed out Sleeping Beauty." Said Squints.

"I did?" I asked looking at yeah-yeah.

"Yeah yeah, we were about to play one more round when you suddenly fell to  the ground."

"Oh..." I said rubbing my head.

"Did you eat anything today?" Asked Bertram.

"Uh ye- no..." I said hesitantly.

"Why not?" asked Benny concerningly.

"I woke up late and had to rush to get to the sandlot. I didn't have time to eat." I said quickly.

"Next time make sure you eat, it be bad if this happened again." said Benny.

My heart was beating, his stare was so... I don't know. Something about it just makes shivers run up your spine.

"Yes, captain!" We all yelled.

We all took our stuff and ran our separate ways home.

Benny, Ham and I lived on the same block. So we were all walking and talking together.

"My mom made spaghetti tonight!" Ham said.

"Yumm.." Benny and I said at the same time.

We started laughing, "well, see you guys tomorrow!" Yelled Ham.

"Okay, bye!" I yelled. "cya, man!"
Ham waved and opened his house door, then closed it.

We started walking a bit more. I stopped when I felt a hand grab my arm.

I turned around to look at Benny. "Hmm?"

" I need to ask you something, think about it really good."
