Poem 45: Nightlight

The stars shine so brightly
And I stay here of so nightly,
And lay on the wet grass to wonder
And ponder oh do I so slightly
The moonlight shines it's beam asunder
And shine like any ray, so politely
And makes thoughts appear so rightly
The thoughts ask what's under

Under the distant moon
As I gaze into the brillliant teams of light
I can't help but marvel at the evening night's beauty
So bright and shiny like a silver spoon
Which gleams more than ever in this here river site
That calls for a promise, to please remember me

Damn this tonight is full of the greatest lights,
Yet which night is not? Hush hush but my name is dice
Don't know why I said that but it was so damn awesome
But as I was saying tonight is amazing, yes that will suffice
And under tonights lights a night flower will blossom
In the color red and make this nightshade look nice
And just then, there will appear a group of mice
That had come from a barn inn search of some crumbs and rum
