Chapter 13

"Your pregnant" said Dimitri.

I could fell my cheeks going red, in my moment of rage I had forgotten that he was behind me listening to everything I said, I felt stupid, I hadn't even been to the doctors yet and I was telling people.

"Umm, yes. Wait, I'm not sure, I haven't been to the doctors yet but I did a test and it came back positive" Dimitri stared at me, I couldn't quite understand why he was so shocked by this.

"I had no idea, are you sure?" I shook my head

"I've just told you that I haven't gone to the doctors yet, sometimes the tests are wrong. I'll call Lissa and ask her if she can come with me when she gets back from her holiday, but she doesn't get back until next week because her and Christian decided to stay an extra week." Dimitir composed himself and picked the knife up off the floor

"If your scared to go on your own I could always come with you, as moral support." I bit my lip and thought about it, wouldn't it be awkward if Dimitri came, finding out I was pregnant with my ex boyfriends baby sat next to the person I'm crushing on would be slightly odd right?

"Are you sure? Don't feel like you have to or anything, I'll be fine to wait till next week!" Dimitri shook his head

"No it's fine, I'm sure you want to find out if your pregnant or not!" I nodded

"Yeah, I do. Its killing me, I took the test a week ago and I meant to phone the doctors but then.... everything happened!" I laughed slightly but not because it was funny, but because so much had happened in the last few days that I hadn't had time to do anything.

"I can't believe you might be pregnant!" Dimitri stated.

"Yeah, me either!" Dimitri walked into the kitchen and put the knife back into the drawer

"Do you want me to get the hospitals number or we could drive there now if you wanted." I looked down at what I was wearing

"I don't think I can go like this" Dimitri chuckled

"Your right, I'll get my sister to drop some of her clothes in, your about the same size as her anyway." I smiled

"Thank you." Dimitri nodded

"I'll tell her to come now and then we can leave after your ready?" I nodded my head but just as Dimitri was about to call his sister I pulled his hand holding his phone away from his ear

"But could you do me a favour and not mention the baby thing! I don't want to tell people before I no." Dimitri nodded

"Of course." While Dimitri was talking to his sister I kind of zoned out and didn't listen to what he was saying, but from what I did hear I didn't understand anyway, I think they were talking Russian.

"Okay" Dimitri said "Viktoria will be up in about an hour, do you want to call the hospital and book an appointment?" I nodded my head

"Yeah okay." I started to walk out of the kitchen but thought of something else to say "Dimitri,"he looked up from what he was doing "thank you. You didn't have to let me stay or take me to the hospital, but you did, and for that I will always be grateful. I owe you." Dimitri smiled

"You don't owe me anything, Roza. I'm happy your staying, this house is quite big, too big for just one man!" I laughed and walked out to find my phone.

Dimitri was happy I was staying, that meant something right?

After I made the appointment I started to feel sick, at first I thought it was morning sickness but I scrapped that Idea when I did not actually throw up, so instead I blamed my nerves, I could be carrying a baby, I could be a mum!

Dimitri walked into the living room and put an arm around my shoulders, I guess he knew I was nervous "are you okay?" He asked. I shrugged my shoulders

"I'm scared, Dimitri." He wrapped his arms around me and gave me a big hug, I buried my face in his chest and we just stood there for a minute "what if I'm actually pregnant, I'm too young, I don't have a home and I'd be a terrible mum!" Dimitri pulled me out of the hug and looked me in the eye

"Rose, if you need a place to stay I have a spare room, your welcome to have it for as long as you want. And you would be a great mum, your kind, caring, you can stand up for yourself and you no wrong from right." I smiled up at Dimitri

"You really think so?" He nodded

"I know so!"
