Bela's POV :
"Belaaaa!!! Wake up", I heard a screeching shout and sat up in jolt.
"What!!? What happened?", I ask panicked. My sleep was gone too far.
Then I hear their shrill cackle. Both the girls rolled down on my bed in mirth.
I sighed and huffed in annoyance.
"Vish!!!", I screeched and gifted her a pillow smack on which she laughed more like a witch.
"What the hell Anu..!!", I scowled throwing another pillow on her which she dodged easily.
"Kya yaar Bela! Itna gussa nahi karo. The supposed bride shouldn't be so angry.", she said sitting on my bed. Vish sat up till then and giggled.
"I'm not bride yet. It's just engagement not wedding.", I stated in contrast to my heartbeat and blush that crawled up my cheeks.
"Ooo!! We can see that babygirl.", Vish winked.
"Shut up!", I kicked her controlling my smile.
"By the way, tumhe yaad tha ki aaj tumhari engagement hai? Warna jitni der se tum so rahi ho, we thought ki mohtarma bhool gayi hain.", Anu said putting her hands on her waist.
"Jee nahi Dadi Amma! I was having a proper sleep. You know. Aaj glow karna hai na!", I winked.
"Oh my my!!", Vish oohed.
"Ahem!! Someone wanna glow today. Jiju ke baare mein toh soch lo. Woh toh tumhe normally dekh kar hi baawle se hue phirte hain."
Anu teased me but I countered her, "So what! Today he will fall completely, totally and insanely flat."
Both looked at me in shock and I laughed my heart, later joined by them.
"We are so happy for you Bela. Tumhe aise hasta hua dekh kar..", Vish sniffled and caressed my cheek. I smiled at her through glassy eyes.
I know why she got emotional. I'm truly blessed to have her. She's my soul sister, my bestest friend.
"Uffo babes! Don't be so sentimental. Look at Bela. She's becoming bolder day by day. I don't know what would happen till her wedding night.", Anu snickered.
I ran to bathroom. I was blushing uncontrollably till roots of my hair and could listen their howls of mirth.
"Stupids!", I muttered, trying to suppress my smile which was breaking out on my lips like an intruder.
This smile is nothing in comparison to the one who have intruded my heart..!

After freshening up, I got down to see the whole place buzzing with people.
I just don't know why this place is buzzing when the function is at one of Sehgal's hotel which is about ten miles away from SS Palace.
We have been living in Sehgal's farmhouse for engagement that is fifteen minutes away from Palace. After the engagement, we will move back to Bengaluru.
Bua came to me, "Good morning, beta!"
"Good morning Bua!!", I hugged her.
"Chalein aayein. Nashta kar lein. Phir beauticians aa jayengi aapko tayyar karne.", she caressed my cheeks.
"Okay.", I smiled. "Par beauticians ki kya zaroorat thi, main khud hi tayyar ho jati na.", I said, a little annoyed.
"Hadd hoti hai, beta!!", she looked at me in disbelief.
