Sakura heard a buzz come from the other side of the room.
She glanced in the direction of the buzzing and noticed that Chaeyeon was right next to said buzzing. Sakura's blood rose in fear and before Chaeyeon could say that she would get it for Sakura like she normally would, the older sprinted across the room to grab it for herself.
Sakura could feel the younger's confused stare. She was staring at her phone, waiting for her eyes to completely focus on the screen.
Kangchan<3: call me ASAP
The Japanese glanced towards the still confused feather, and tried to make her most apologetic face as she said,"Kangchan's calling. I have to take it."
"Yeah, okay."
Sakura swiftly kissed her girlfriend on the cheek before leaving the room. She closed their bedroom door behind her just as she heard another voice on the phone.

[Why'd you call? Chaeyeon gave me that look again, and I almost did not want to pick up.]
She heard Hyewon make some sort of sound deep in her throat that Sakura figured was probably a sound of annoyance. [This is the first time that I've had a break in ages and if you want my help to pick out a ring, then we're going to have to go now.]
Sakura bit her lip in thought. [I'm not sure I can leave the house without Chae getting suspicious. I was already acting kind of weird.]
