3rd person POV:

Luke wakes feeling calmer than ever before. Sang's gone as are the babies, as Jess said, they woke at six o'clock, while Jess argued for waking Luke up straight away, Sang points out that his not used to getting up this early. Sang then directs Jess to start feeding and double check every dose of medicine as they are still exhausted from last night, while she goes and feeds the twosome now back in her sling. As soon as Sang goes upstairs, Jess grabs the left-over hair dye and quickly turns the ends of his hair pink again (she did it before as a prank), no longer in such a mood about him gaining Sang trust so easily.

She then proceeds to make as much noise as possible as she prepares the morning meals, this wakes Luke from his calm sleep. He wakes groaning, unsure where he is for a few seconds.

"Hang on this wasn't a dream?" he asks Jess. She laughs and tells him that it wasn't that this place is real that Sang is real and so it the fact that he just became a dad to a cheetah and a wolf cub. Sang comes back with the cubs and laughs her throat slightly better now. The shouting had wrecked it again, making her struggle to breath with her broken throat.

Sang brings Luke a breakfast smoothie similar to the ones her and Jess have been having each morning for the last few months. Luke looks dubious as Erica for the first sip, before guzzling it down like he hasn't eaten in months, to the amusement of both girls.

Sang and Jess teach Luke about the animals over the morning, he meets them all and both the girls are surprised at how easily he fits in and helps. He goes through all the feeding cycles with them, and the girls let him finish feeding after he proves that he can, while they go and release some animals across the park. His almost finished, before he realises quite how long he has been gone and he panics, knowing that this place has to be kept a secret. His has a full-on panic attack in the middle of one of the bays, sweating and shivering from one extreme to the other every few minutes. Sang finds him twenty minutes later.

Still unable to talk and but having had many before, she places the babies, that she's still carrying round in the sling, in the straw, before kneeing in front of him. His eyes are unfocused but when she places one hand on his leg his hand shoots out to grip it. Tight. When his eyes look at her, he drags her in and buries his head in her neck breathing her in. Samira and Jeffery push their way between the humans they now perceive as mum and dad. It makes Luke smile. When his calmed enough, Sang signs and asks him what set this attack off, he explains that Norths Jeep has a tracker on. To which Sang shows him the computer program his written which makes it look as though his been driving around constantly for almost twenty-four hours. She explains it looks as though his stopped occasionally, but that it would have driven off if any of the boys got to close. Not that they had at any point, in fact no one has left the house since Gabe, Corey and Marc left for their mission.

When Luke has calmed enough to look at his phone, he finds that Gabe has blown it up with texts, trying to work out where his best friend is, Corey and Marc have both sent him a few texts, and nobody else has said a word. All Gabe's texts are from when he was on his assignment. Yet his little brother hasn't said a word, not even about his precious Jeep. When Luke shows this to Sang, she is very worried, but has no explanation. While Luke sends Gabe a quick 'I'm good' etc text, Sang calls Storm over so that she can take Luke back to North's Jeep. Jess hands them both lunches and checks that Demetra is coming as well, she is.

The girls wave the blonde almost Ninja off though the reinforces gates, from the back of their respective horses. Sang still holding the two babies, that are already calling out for Luke as he leaves.
