Chapter fifty three

She looked at the wall.

'I knew it.' i said excited

'I didn't say anything.' Dani said

'You didn't have to.' i said
'Who is the special one? And why don't you just ask him yourself?'

'I want him to ask me. That way i know he likes me.' she said

'Yeah. But maybe he doesn't ask you cause he doesn't know you like him.' i said

She looked at me.

'Who is it? Maybe i can help.' i said

'Max Mckinnon. You probably know him. His sister is friends with Sirius and James.' she said

'I do actually know him. I also know he would be damn lucky to go with you. And I'm telling you, he likes you too.' i said

'Thanks for letting me know. I was actually about to say yes to someone. But now I'll wait a little longer. And if you really think he doesn't know i like him. Could you maybe let him know i do?' she asked

'Sure. See you later.' i said

'Yeah. See you.' she said

I went back outsides. But my friends weren't there anymore. I walked to the Gryffindor common room and got in.

'Hey.' i said

'Hi. Is your father leaving?' Sev asked

'Mhm.' i mumbled
'Where's Max?' i asked

'Should be out in a minute.' Marlene said

'Someone looking for me?' Max asked

'Yes. She likes you too. She's waiting for you to ask her. Now sit down.' i said

He looked confused and sat down.

'She likes flowers. She likes lots of light colors. So get her a bouquet of a mix of different flowers. She loves white chocolate. She loves Quidditch, but only watching. And she likes titanic.' i said

'I'm sorry. You got all that how?' Sirius asked

'Her room.' i said

'You got all that, by just looking through her room?' James asked

'Yes. Now. I would say you ask her on the Quidditch field. Either before or after the game. With flowers and chocolate.' i said

'When do we have the next game?' Max asked

'Ahm... In two days.' James said

'I don't wanna wait that long.' Max said

'The Slytherins have a game against Hufflepuffs tonight.' i said

'So?' Sirius asked

'Well i don't think the Slytherins would let Gryffindor play instead. But the Hufflepuff might. Then you would play against Slytherin and Hufflepuffs would play in two days.' i said
'That way Max can ask Danielle tonight.'

'I'll go talk to them.' Tonks said

'Thanks.' i said

'I'll go get some flowers and chocolate.' Max said

'You need me to come with you?' Marlene asked

'No. But Katie.' Max said

'Sure.' i said

'Why?' Marlene asked

'Don't worry. You're still the best sister in the world. Katie just knows more about this.' Max said
'But you can come with us, if you want.'
