My alarm clock woke me up, my eyes half closed. I outstretched my arm to turn off my alarm clock. it read 3am. Damn it... again
I got up reluctantly, I never looked forward going to school, but waking up at this time wasn't fun either.
I decided to get some of the flan in my fridge that Kou made me once.
I got up and walked down to my kitchen, being carful to not wake my mom. I opened the fridge and got the flan and walked up to my room. I gobbled it up quickly almost choking on it, usually after i eat something i can sleep soundly, but to no avail this time, I just laid there on my bed waiting for my eyes to close and for the night to pass. But no. Nothing happened i looked at my phone to see Tsukasa texted me, Are you kidding me this is the last thing i needed... i thought to my self as i opened my phone

I didn't bother to reply to that, my body was shaking to much to even type. Tsukasa had been my bully for a few years, he always found a way to get to me, whether it be one way or another, before i knew it my eyes swelled with tears I didn't want to get hurt of course but every day i dread going to school because of him, i still have to tough it out though. Soon enough 7:20 rolled around and I had to get up.. come on try alright?, You can beat his antics i know you can. i told myself as I got up, i quickly got dressed and hopped on my bike to ride to school. Maybe ill see Kou today? Soon I was at school. "Ok you got this" I muttered. "Hey~" a voice said as it walked past me "Tsukasa" I muttered as I started to shake, keep your calm idiot its not worth it i thought as i was staring at my shaking hands, walk away i told myself. I walked off away from him and went to find Kou "Ack!" I said as i fell over "Hey Mitsu!, sorry about that" i looked up and saw Kou with his arm outstretched, "Lame ass earring pervert!" I said loudly "What!? no way Mitsu, really?" Kou said in a confused tone "lame ass..." I said looking away from him as i got up on my own "Dude-" he responded. "Whatever" i said coldly "ok then-" Kou rolled his eyes jokingly. "How have you been Mitsu? How'd you sleep?" He asked "ok i guess, and horribly, Tsukasa-" Kou cut me off "Tsukasa, again?" He said with a tint if anger in his voice. It scared me a little but i tried not to show it. "Oh crud i have to go meet Senpai. I totally forgot!" He said just before he said goodbye and ran off stupid daikon senpai... i entered my class and sat down barely listening to the teacher, and being Heckled by Tsukasa, I asked to go to the bathroom and left to go sit outside for the rest of class. Outside i saw Kou with Daikon senpai walking around the school. I thought of going to say hi but i didn't want to disturb them they wouldn't be having much fun if an idiot like me was around anyway. "Hey Mitsu..?" Kou said, he caught me off-guard "you ok...?" he said "y-yeah why?" Wait why did I stutter?! "Your crying" he said as he sat next to me "IM FINE ALRIGHT?!" I yelled. Kou was stunned i braced for him to hurt me or yell back at me but no, he sat there and with complete kindness in his voice he said "look...im sorry, you were crying and I suspected something happened so i came to see if you were alright." His kindness made me crumble to little tiny pieces. He hugged me, He hugged me... this was the thing i was missing all my life i held all my feelings back and i bottled it up. after a few seconds, he said goodbye and left to talk to Daikon senpai why does he talk to her so much? I thought why am i so jealous?? I snapped at myself as soon as i knew it the day was over i missed Kou to walk home he was already walking away with Yashiro, I wanted to tell Kou that i liked him but stupid Daikon senpai just had to be his number 1 priority I'm just an after thought
"I'm just an after thought" those words rang in my head as i walked home you know what I'm going to actually do something I'm gonna tell him that i like him tomorrow and the rest of the day i braced for it. The next day i woke up rubbing my eyes, i sped off to school, "Hey Mitsu!" Kou said, "Hey Kou" i smiled back as i parked my bike.

Kou pov
I like Mitsuba, he always made me smile and he looked so cute when he smiles around me. Sure, i had a crush on Yashiro Senpai forever but she has a boyfriend and they are perfectly happy together. Plus ive had a crush on Mitsu for a few months now. "Hello?" Mitsuba was waving his hand in front of my face I snapped back to reality "y-yeah s-sorry i was just t-thinking" I apologized, stuttering, "why are you stuttering? lame ass, pervert" He said only half joking. "Sorry, again lol" i said rubbing the back if my neck. "I have something to talk to you about at lunch meet me by the Sakura tree then?" Mitsu said "yeah sure, see ya!" I pat his head making him smile and i ran off to go to my english class. "Hey Yashiro!" I said passing her in the hall "Hey!, where you going?" The girl replied questionably "oh just class I'm going to meet Mitsu later under the Sakura tree" i said "Ooh someones in loovve" she said poking my arm "heyy" (we stan a supportive Yashiro lmao) "I'm headed to go see Amane in class, see ya!" She said "ok, see you!" I said I entered class and my anxiety was on a high cause I wanted to know what Mitsu will say. Soon class was over before i knew it and i walked to the Sakura tree my heart was beating out of my chest o-ok i got to stay calm for Mitsu... i couldn't help it i couldn't help being nervous around him "h-hey M-Mitsu" i said stuttering intensely "u-um so i have to say something" he said "i-i do t-too, y-you can g-go first" I said incredibly nervous "ok we can say it at the same time" Mitsu decided 3...2...1 "I -I l-love you, i always h-have and you make me smile and i cant s-top thinking of you" "I LIKE YOU A LOT, a-and d-daikon s-senpai i-is always in the way i know you like her more than me and i'm no more than just an after though-" I cut him off by kissing him on the forehead. My face turned a bright red He was stunned :0 "your more than just an after thought Mitsu" i said "I-" Mitsuba "ah dangit i-im sorry" i said shakily "pervert! You want to have your way with me don't you!" he said with a red face "No! Not in a million years!" "so you don't like Daikon Senpai?" Mitsuba said "dear gosh no she has a boyfriend!" I said reassuringly "Not as cute as me of course~" he said slyly "of course not"
