Chapter forty seven

'I know. What will you wear for the ball?' i asked

'I truly have no idea yet. I'll have to see. You?' she asked

'No idea either. We'll probably be going shopping with mom and the rest of the family. So Sev, Reg and Andi.' i said

'Will Severus and Regulus go together?' she asked

'Yes. Now that Sirius knows, they don't have to hide it anymore. I mean they haven't made out on the couch yet. Mostly cause they're more private. But i don't think they care about what anyone thinks. That's why Reg only told Sirius and Andi, who already knew. Cause they're the only important people. Of course i was the first one to find out about them, before they were even a real thing.' i said

'To be certain. I wouldn't care either. Like i don't need to tell everyone I'm dating you. I would just start making out with you in the common room and the rest will have to guess whether we are together or not.' she said

'And i think that's how we should actually do it, when I'm ready.' i said

'Yeah. We're gonna keep that in mind.' she said

We started cuddling with each other and looked at the sky. It was pretty dark. You couldn't see the stars. The sky was covered with dark grey clouds. Something started falling down from the sky. It wasn't rain. It was snow. It's snowing. Already.

'It's snowing.' i said

No answer. I looked at her. She's asleep in my arms. It's gonna get very cold up here now. And i don't wanna be covered in snow. But she's sleeping so peacefully. I don't wanna wake her. We can stay here a bit longer. I rested my head on hers and looked at the snow falling from the sky.

After some time it got really cold. I have to wake her up. I don't even know how she can sleep. I mean it's pretty cold.

'Sunshine. Love wake up.' i said shaking her a bit

'Hmm? I'm awake.' Marlene said

'Good to know. Come on it's cold.'
'How can you sleep? It's so cold.' i asked

'Idk. I wasn't that cold. Is it snowing?' she asked

'Yess it is. We should go in. And go get some sleep. You look very tired.' i said

'I haven't had any sleep yet. James wanted to practice Quidditch in the middle of the night. And we stayed up all night. James got some sleep. I haven't had the time yet.' she said

'Then go to bed. You could've just cancelled.' i said

'I know. But i didn't want to. See you later. Good night.' she said

'Good night love.' i said kissing her forehead

She started going towards the Gryffindor common room and i went to the Slytherin common room.
Andi wasn't there. She's probably with Tonks. Need to wait for her and see if she can help me. I went to Reg's dorm.

'Hey Reg.' i said

'Hi.' Reg said

'What are you doing?' i asked sitting on his bed

He was reading a letter.

'Who is it from?' i asked

'My mother! She... I was invited to the wedding. Apparently I'm a teenager and know nothing about life, so they're giving me another chance. I can go back home. And forget about everything that happened. I'm still a part of the family. If i stop talking to Sirius and Andi now and go back home. Does she really think I'm going back? Or a stupid wedding? I always hated weddings. I'm not going anywhere. Can't believe that I'm still invited tho.' Reg said

'Yeah. I know Andi would love to go.' i said

'Yeah. Andromeda and Narcissa were always very close. But she's only marrying Malfoy. He's not that important.' he said

'Yeah. He really isn't. I mean Narcissa isn't that important to me. But to Andi.' i said

An idea came to my mind. Probably a stupid one. But it's an idea.

'Oh no. I know that look. You just got a dumb idea. What is it?' Reg asked

'Nothing. I'll tell you later. Just need to figure out if it's a good stupid idea or a bad stupid. Need to go talk to Andi. See you later.' i said

'Yes. See you later.' he said

I went to the Hufflepuff common room and went to Tonks dorm and knocked on the door.

'It's me. Katie. Can I come in?' i asked

'Yes.' Andi said

I went in and closed the door.

'I need you to do me a favor. Only you. And no questions asked.' i said

'Should i go then?' Tonks asked

'No you can stay.' i said

'Okay. I need you to go away with me over the weekend. I mean, we would tell everyone we were together. But we won't actually be together. I just need you to stay somewhere over the weekend. London or something and when we come back, we say we've been together. That means one weekend without Tonks. Alone in a room. I would be back on Sunday. We can meet somewhere and come back to hogwarts. And if anyone asks we just say we visited something. I know this has been very confusing. Can you help me?' i asked

'Yes. Actually. I can. Narcissa has asked me to spend time with her. She wants me to help her find a dress. She bought lots of dresses and we would meet somewhere private. So yes. I'll help you. But i need you to book a room in your name. That way no one will know the two of us met.' Andi said

'Okay sure. Where should I book the room?' i asked

'Idk. Maybe some forest or something. Where it can only be the two of us.' Andi said

'Okay. There's this cabin you can book. It's not far from here. But not to close. And you can be alone. I'll book it and tell them to leave the key under the mat.' i said

'Okay. Thanks.' Andi said

'Of course. And Thank you as well.' i said
'I'll go then. Leave you two lovers alone. See you later.'

I went back to my room and wrote Marlene a note.

Hey sunshine

Don't know if you're asleep. I hope you are. I got my excuse. Pack lots of warm things. It's gonna be cold. And lots of snow. Can't wait to spend some time alone. Have some fun. I'll book the room.
