I feel like Hanako will be the suspicious one. The one who everyone think might be the mastermind like Rantaro. I feel like he will be the one who kills first to stirr some drama he would kill Tsukasa and Tsukasa would pretend to die. Kind of like Kokichi.
Teru will make everyone fight. He would do horrible things just to make everyone survive.
Also I like the plot that the protag falls in love with the master mind. So that's my crossover.

protag friend- Mitsuba (I like there friendship even tho its toxic but if Tsukasa didnt do does things I think it would of been cute)
Instead of looking for his dad and being a hunter. Hes looking for Hanako and before Hanako left he became a hunter. So pretty much Tsukasa looks up to him.
