I had this idea because Burnin's hair is literally fire. So I thought "what if Roman could turn into blue fire". His parents are both fire users so he would have the body of one and be completely fine when he activated his quirk.
So, his hair is the first thing to turn on (like Hades from Hercules) and then by will he turns the rest of his body to blue fire.
