Chapter 11

Bowen's pov
After I rejected my mate my wolf started yelling me asking me why I did it and saying I am a stupid human blah blah blah my response was she was not good enough and I want her to feel pain after that he just shut me out. what ever be like that. To be honest it is not my fault that she choose that mutt tycan. I just growled thinking of him . why am I still growling over him I mean I just rejected my mate kicked her until she passed out so why do I care? Oh that's right I don't care it is my wolf ! After two hours Ariana finally woke up but the thing was something changed about her. her eyes are red like blood red and she is completely healed and she looks like she is about to murder me. every single step she takes towards me I take a step back then she finally got me cornered. " A-ariana please don't hurt me " why am I acting like this? "I'll do more than hurt you!" She growled, she jumped on my trying to grab my neck but I grabbed her hands, and George came running in. "Hey!" He yells trying to grab her off of me. "No! I want him!" Her eyes changed back to her normal grey and she looked at me. She quickly shook her head and when she opened her eyes they were red again, "no. He rejected us! He shall burn in hell for what he did!" I scramble to my feet and move away from the corner I was trapped in. She kneed George and ran for me. "Elena! I know your in there! You won't have another mate! Control her!" I tried. She shook her head at me and glared. She laughed and punched me before running out the door, into the forest. "We will get her again. But not now." George said walking into another room. My jaw was dislocated and it hurt like a truck. God that girl.

2 Years Later
Araiana pov

Memories of that night recently keeps popping up in my mind. Sometimes they get into my dreams turning into nightmares. I'm now 18 and I still have never seen Tycan since that night. I guess he was never the one. I haven't made any guy friends since and I have one best friend, Star. She has long bleach blonde hair, bright blue eyes, 5'10. She can be shy on the outside but major crazy chick on the inside. Yes I am now queen but one without a king and I want to keep it like that. I never want to see Bowen or Tycan again. I had another visit to the Moon Goddess from the last one. She said I have six months from today to find Bowen and him to be my mate or I'll be a human...forever. And Elena will be a lone wolf...a rouge. And she has been begging me not to make her a rouge. The moon goddess said if I can't make Bowen be my mate than I will have a second chance mate but if I don't get either of them than say bye bye to Elena and hello human Ariana and I don't want to be human I like Elena she keeps me balanced as I do her we may not agree on some stuff but I don't know what I will do without her. My family still doesn't know about me being the golden wolf but my mom and dad know about what the moon goddess said so guess what they are doing!!! if you guessed they are throwing a party and inviting every werewolf pack you are correct! "So what are you going to wear?" Star asks, she is sitting on my bed reading a KISS magazine. "Huh?" She gives me the 'really' look. "To the party!" Star is a major party girl. I laugh while she drags me into the closet. My closet was recently filled with dresses so I can choose one I had my eye on a special black one and the party is tonight. "I want that one!" I tell her grabbing the dress, she smiles and throws a pair of black heels and pushes me into the bathroom to change into it. I really have changed in the last two years. I have been working out, I now have a six pack but not one of those bulky ones that don't look good on girls I have one that looks good on a girl , my face has looked different, im taller, now 5'11, I've dyed my hair brown instead of red. "Well?!" Star says, knocking on the door. "I'm comin I'm comin" when I open the door she gasps. "That's the one" she smiles hugging me. I hug her back. "Now only three hours till the party so take a shower while I do the same! " She says grabbing her dress running to her room in the pack house.

We are all done with getting ready and we have 15 minutes left. I've done my make up as a natural look with some black to silver eyeshadow, eyeliner, and maximum volume mascara. My hair is down in long curls, and two pieces in the front are tied back with a black lace bow. I have on black pumps, and for my dress, a black lace dress with the lace as sleeves that go to my elbow. "Woah. " I turn around and see Star-"woah". She's wearing a short white dress with lace, curly hair just like mine but with a white lace bow, white heels but with lace on the shoe with a bow on the front. And her makeup was just like mine except silver with sparkles eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. She looked amazing. "Lace look huh?" I ask smirking. "What? Me? Innocent little Star? It's not like I wanna get with those alphas. "She bats her eyelashes at me and we both start laughing. "Come on." I link our arms together and walk down stairs only to see... Tycan. "Ari-" I put up my hand interrupting him-"no! You left me. I don't want to talk to you" we turn to go to the kitchen, Star looks at me smiling. "Good job. That was Tycan!? Imma get him later" she smirks. "Just leave him alone. I don't want anything to do with him." We walked in the party with our heads held high well that is until his smell hit me.ugh great (note the sarcasm ) I look straight at him then he looks back me I shake my head in disappointment at him. he looks back at me confused and hurt but also with some lust, oh well I am not the one that kidnapped him and abused him then rejected him so honestly I don't care about him. "star lets go get some drinks" " I was thinking the same thing girl and that is why you are my best friend" I just laugh at her . couple minutes later I feel someone tapping in my shoulders but it sent tingles and fireworks on my should.....oh great is him "um excuse me what is your name beautiful ?" Is he being serious right now ? I just chuckle at him , I decide to play along "why should I tell you?" I raised my eyebrow at him "well I just found out that a beautiful girl in front of me is my second chance mate!" Oh I just bust out laughing . he looks hurt and confused "why are you laughing ?" I can't even talk because I am laughing so much " anyways um we have to avoid my first mate and it won't be easy because she is the princess but who cares" I am still laughing but as bad , I decided that I am calm enough to reply "bowen I-" " wait how do you know my name?!" "Don't interrupt me please and let me continue " I growl at him ,he just nods for me to continue " Bowen I am sorry to break it to you but you don't HAVE A SECOND CHANCE MATE !" "What do you mean? I do because you standing right in front of me" oh my gosh male wolves these days "Bowen I am ariana" he just looks at my shocked and speechless "THATS RIGHT BITCH I AM BACK! And better than ever!" He looks stunned but now he looks mad " now if you excuse me Bowen me and star are going to dance and find some liable werewolves" he just growls " yea bye dickhead" I just laugh at star how I love this girl what will I do with out her."ill win you back!" I hear him say over the loud music,"good luck sweet cheeks" we laugh going to the kitchen for the drinks. "OMG hottie. I'm going for that one tonight" Star whispers to me, "you will say that to every guy" I roll my eyes,"you want just a one night stand" she gives me this look"duh". Someone grabs my hand and whips me around-Carter "Hey princess" he says hugging me. "For your information I'm not princess anymore." I say laughing. Carter-one of my best friends since the dinosaur ages, but when he turned 17, when I was 15, he moved away to California. If he wasn't my best friend, I would so take him. He is the total package, black hair, bright blue eyes, 8-pack-yes I have seen him shirtless actually naked but that was a 100% accident-and has these long eyelashes, which I think are cute, the perfect boyfriend personality that every girl wants, and the best thing yet, he was Puerto Rican. "Mate" I hear him mumble, I pull away and look at him confused. "What?" "Mate!" He exclaims looking at me. He looks behind me and his eyes get darker. "Her" I turn behind me and see his mate was, Star! I saw why his eyes were all dark, she was all over the guy she called on. "Star!" I yelled, trying to get her attention over the music. Carter starts walking over to them with his fists clenched. She turns around and once she sees him she gasps. She looks at me, and what she does was something I thought she wouldn't do. She ran. She ran out to the backyard by the pool. Carter looks at me and I see a tear fall down his cheek,"oh carter!" I wipe his year away and whisper," let's go get her" he runs after and I start walking after them. I cannot run in heels, and if you saw this floor and how dirty it was you would not take your shoes off. I was about to get out the door when someone grabbed me and pushed me against the wall. "what the heck!" Bowen. "Listen to me. I need to say something." I roll my eyes,"hurry" he let go of me. " I was so happy to see my second mate because I thought you left forever. I need you. I couldn't bare these last two years! The mate bond is still there it never went away." He looks down sad," I've tried to get the pain to go away in many...painful ways. It never worked. It's still there. I almost took my life away, until I realized how it might effect your side of it. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. All I want to do is be with you, but I know I can never do that because of what I did to you. I'm sorry. I just want to at least be friends with you, please" by when he was done he was crying. "Okay. We give it a try as friends but I can't promise anything now I have to go. " he smiles and hugs me, I don't hug him back. I make my way to the pool and I see them two hugging. "Aw! You guys are too cu-" I was going to finish but my scream cut me off. A girl running from a guy, playfully, bumped into me sending me straight into the pool. The freezing water consumed me, taking me farther down. I breathed in really sharp and water filled my lungs, I started coughing and more water filled my lungs, oxygen leaving me completely. Someone dived in and started pulling me out, I started seeing spots and everything went black.

"Ariana. You must give him a chance. If not, you will regret it. Just do it." She whispered. "Okay"

Every thing turned white and Star, Carter, and Bowen appeared. "Bowen. "I whisper, quickly turning, coughing up some water. "Yeah?" He asks getting closer. I do what what the moon goddess said and give him a chance. I hug him back.
